Can’t even add a card to even add money to buy a ticket literally no card work it doesn’t even makes sense just a waste of time don’t try it

Really Poor Effort

Can’t have multiple passes on a device, old passes with a remaining balance aren’t accessible, fare information hard to find, input forms poorly designed and don’t allow copy and paste, etc. Really bad mobile app that prevents citizens using the transit system efficiently.

Needs bug fixes

Has great potential to be easier and convenient but it crashes all the time. That should be an easy fix.

Just not working

The point of QuickTicket & card was convenience & it’s anything but. Can’t even purchase a new pass on my phone because it sits out every time I click on “Manage”.

Was this really developed this decade?

Incredibly cumbersome signup, no Apple Pay support, *impossible* to use two passes in sequence because they don’t get their own QR codes, but they don’t tell you this when you buy them. It seems like company that made this has cheated the taxpayers. Never used a transit app this bad.

Forgot to mention, while you’re messing around trying to get it to work, QuickTicket will also randomly crash.

Can’t even Sign In!

The concept and execution of traditional fare for the bus system is great, but I can’t even sign in QuickTicket ! I know my account is current and valid because I can navigate the website to reload my card in my web browser of choice, but all I get is an error message that says “400 null”. Shame. I was hoping QuickTicket would be quicker and more convenient than using my browser 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Problems

I’ve just recently started using the bus & I decided to download QuickTicket because it could’ve been more convenient. It’s been 2 days since trying to sign up & get a card but every time I get to the security questions & go to save, it keeps saying “Error index was out of range”. I’d really like to know what’s the issue with that.

Quick Ticket

Get kicked out of my account okay not a big deal they send you a temporary password to get back in your account but the temporary password doesn’t even work

Broken

QuickTicket is broken. I bought a $40 transit fare ticket in January and have only used it three times. Yet, when I open QuickTicket , no value displays on my card. Now, the system is created two virtual cards, both of them have no value. It doesn’t work when I board the bus. I feel that my $40 was stolen.

Doesn’t Work On Apple

I’ve been trying to log in for months even tried contacting tech support still no results I have money in account I can’t access please fix it or allow to be used in apple wallet…

Not Intuitive

Instructions on how to use QuickTicket would be helpful. Sometimes my pass displays, sometimes it doesn’t. How do I activate a pass? Videos are for the website. Just too hard to ride the bus Just accept Apple Pay.

Hopelessly outdated and buggy

Super unclear how to use QuickTicket. All day pass is more expensive than a one way?

After buying all day pass, it still says “no available products”

Worst transit app I’ve ever used, reflects extremely poorly on Nashville’s public transit.

Like using an app from the iPhone 3 days

No auto complete support at all. No support for iOS password management. No support for Apple Pay. No support for autocomplete from Apple saved credit cards. Watch your bus go by while typing in two dozen things letter by letter.

Left me hanging in the moment

Adding a $2 single ticket for a $2 bus fare shows up as $0 or “no stored value” when you go to the “use” section of QuickTicket , which resulted in insufficient funds when I scanned on the bus. Luckily the bus driver was understanding. Good UX, clearly a data or integration problem.

No Apple Pay. Should be much easier to use!

Setting up an account is needlessly difficult. I’d it really necessary to provide 3 security questions/answers? Setting up a credit card is also more work than most apps or web sites. Overall, the same data is requested multiple times. Allow 20 minutes to set up. Also, you can only add value in $5 increments. The only option for a tourist is to buy a day pass, even for a single ride.

Crashes and requires frequent redownloads

After a while anytime I click “manage” QuickTicket crashes. The only way to fix this is to delete and redownload QuickTicket , which isn’t exactly what I’d call “quick.”

Adding passes to Apple Pay would be awesome as well

Single Use Only 👎

Frustrating I can’t buy and use 2+ passes for my visiting friends. They had to download, create an account, and connect a credit card.
Also frustrating that after purchasing multiple passes, I couldn’t share them to my friends’ accounts.

Set up is a major hassle

Don’t try to set this up at the last minute, as it took at least 30 minutes to go through a variety of (largely unnecessary) steps to set up an account, add a card, and actually get funds added. For mysterious reasons, the developers have not integrated QuickTicket with Apple Pay or even used standard iPhone app approaches for dealing with adding credit card info, so you have to type in all your info manually. Now that I’m through initial set up hassles and have added funds to my card, I’m ready to try it out. However, I really wonder how many people who could be using buses in Nashville give up on this because of the poor set up design of QuickTicket.

Really wish you could see how much stored value is left!!

I can’t seem to see how much stored value is left except when I use QuickTicket on the bus. It should be visible on QuickTicket ! 🙄

Brilliant app

Love the easy access.
