At the begining its really easy and good , now its greedy and fruad

When you book for a flight you think you get a good price , then when you start booking everything change you will notice an extra fee ! Thats fine its get worst when you pay they wil tell you the ticket is pending , now you will have to make alot of calling and wasting alot of time then they will tell you sorry the price has changed , pay extra to confirm the ticket!! OR wait for 5-7 working day for the refund !!

The last time I used WegoFlightsHotelsBooking and booked my flight/s was about a year ago. It was really good to use at first. Its flight deals were competitive in the market.

However, then I was experienced app errors/ a fraud action from booking a flight set to be at a different airport and in a different city than the city/airport I chose to take off from. So, I contacted Wego Staff/Support, explained my bad booking experience, and provided with booking document/s and photo evidence from Wego App showing the error/deceiving action that I was put in to get refunded. Unfortunately, the Support has not showed any understanding and customer care principles, and since then I have not been refunded.

I hope you guys do some audit regarding the flight companies that you list in WegoFlightsHotelsBooking , I booked a flight from rehlat and they took the money instantly but they emailed me that it’s not confirmed and they’re stalling. unfortunately I saw their twitter account later and it’s full with replies regarding the same problem I’m facing. Clearly they are doing some act of fraud. Please remove them from your app.

I tried to contact the customer service to file a complaint against one of the sites they have because the took my money and asked for mor money to send me my flight tickets!!!, and their response was that they have nothing to do with the site and they cannot file a complaint.

This is my first time to use WegoFlightsHotelsBooking and i book the flights but i faced problem when i book the cheapest price of the flight i choose, i am in payment method already and give already my credit card information when suddenly said that the flight i choose is already not available, i was in panic already, but i try to calm myself, and try another one, the second cheapest flight, and its already worked, i finally booked my flight, but for now i did not yet use my booked flight because its on december, i noticed that the name of airport only was stated without terminal number 1,2 or 3. I an quit confused where to go for my departure,

Hopefully next time my booking the itinerary will already stated the number of certain airports if theres any, for us to know where we go to our departure.

But so far its ok i will wait my booked flight to use it, hopefully i will not face any problem during my boarding.

U should simply come up with more offers, prices on your app are not COMPETITIVE, I checked your prices several times before my travel schedule but didn’t purchase my ticket from your app service because it was so so so expensive.

Don’t miss out on it so I booked flights that are all on the same week and it didn’t do like the other apps it didn’t lose track of my flight info sooo please try it
And no I don’t work with Wego (not sponge)
