I've trying to register for the H.E.B. debit card but it always gives me the same message: "We are unable to complete your request at this time." This has been the issue for over a week regardless of what computer, iPad, iPhone, etc. I attempt it on. Any assistance you can provide is much appreciated.

Transferred $100 from my Velocity Credit Union checking account to my new H-E-B debit card account. The money was transferred out of my checking account but is not showing up in my H-E-B debit card account. I am also unable to transfer funds from my debit card to my H-E-B card.
