I've trying to register for the H.E.B. debit card but it always gives me the same message: "We are unable to complete your request at this time." This has been the issue for over a week regardless of what computer, iPad, iPhone, etc. I attempt it on. Any assistance you can provide is much appreciated.

Transferred $100 from my Velocity Credit Union checking account to my new H-E-B debit card account. The money was transferred out of my checking account but is not showing up in my H-E-B debit card account. I am also unable to transfer funds from my debit card to my H-E-B card.

How to fix H-E-B Debit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the H-E-B Debit app on iPhone
Update H-E-B Debit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall H-E-B Debit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix H-E-B Debit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve H-E-B Debit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix H-E-B Debit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the H-E-B Debit App
1. On android, goto Settings » H-E-B Debit » click [Force Stop]

Update H-E-B Debit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear H-E-B Debit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » H-E-B Debit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart H-E-B Debit.

Fix H-E-B Debit unable to contact server/ H-E-B Debit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click H-E-B Debit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto H-E-B Debit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch H-E-B Debit
