How to fix MixBit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MixBit app on iPhone
Update MixBit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MixBit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MixBit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MixBit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MixBit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MixBit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MixBit App
1. On android, goto Settings » MixBit » click [Force Stop]

Update MixBit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MixBit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MixBit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MixBit.

Fix MixBit unable to contact server/ MixBit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MixBit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MixBit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MixBit
