Bad request

I’ve given FNBTPersonal some time and I’m extremely sick of getting “bad request” almost every time I try to sign in. Doesn’t matter if I use facial rec or my id and password.

What are you doing!!???

This is no longer user friendly, I’m having a terrible time trying to figure this out, I can no longer look at transactions, or make transfers. I’m please fix FNBTPersonal. The old one was perfect.

I have it set up to alert me when my account is negative so I can transfer money. It didn’t and I now have 2 over draft fees.

Downloaded the new app to go along with the new online version (which has a terribly cheap looking interface and messed up all my online bill pays—yes, I have the latest version of Google Chrome). New app crashed 3 times when trying to log in. The aesthetics are poor and the actual app picture/lettering looks fake. Please update it to look more professional. Seems like a long downtime for an upgrade that has an interface that’s worse than before.

Ever since the new updates way back when, I can only access my mobile app by deleting, redownloading FNBTPersonal and then changing my password. Every single time! This is a massive inconvenience. And I’m not sure why this isn’t addressed or fixed by the dev teams. It’s time for me to close my account with First National because of this. I thought I’d keep it open to easily funnel money to members of my family because they use FNBTPersonal but even that functionality is not user friendly nor has any sort of education or onbaording. I’ll be consolidating my accounts and canceling.

NEW App - Bring back old APP

I use my IPad with keyboard to keep up with my banking and a spreadsheet as my register. The new app ONLY can be used in portrait position vs. Landscape position. No ability to rotate the screen, requiring me to turn my head and read info sideways no can I any longer use the 2 apps in split screen anymore. Making the process to view my spreadsheet and the banking APP side by side to reconcile my account impossible.
I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW APP.

24hrs since not being able to get into my banking app, the help line they give you has been busy for 24hrs, called my local bank, on hold for 20 minutes to find out I have to uninstall my current app, re-install one of their new apps (personal or business), select “forgot username/password,” change my password, THEN I can see my mobile banking. What in the word..

FNBTPersonal is absolutely worthless. 9 out of 10 times, I can’t log in because it says my password is invalid. So, I change my password and still can’t log in on FNBTPersonal. I’m running out of options for passwords! Never had a problem with the old app, now they create this new improved app, which is useless! Please fix your app?

Like the old app way better. Open app is only in portrait but keyboard is landscape so very inconvenient, also tried to deposit check and window for taking picture very small and the rest is all black. Says take photo but nothing happens. I may have to change banks because with app I don’t need to go to bank ever.

one day it works and one day it doesn’t. Every time I try to log in it says bad request and then an hour later, it will work. I enjoyed the old app better than the new one.

Bring back support for PLAID!

Really upset that FNBT is no longer partnered with third Partner account verification company PLAID. Most companies nowadays uses PLAID and no longer asks to update your account and routing number! Now I have no choice but to switch my work check into another bank account that’s supported by PLAID

Really didn’t have a whole lot of issues with the previous app. I’m assuming I missed some sort of communication when it wouldn’t open anymore and I had to download a completely new version.

I’m not sure why this is happening so if anyone has any suggestions... I can’t get past the window that requires a new user name and password. The default is my previous user name that apparently is not acceptable to the current security requirements. Yet that default previous password is the only one provided and I cannot enter a new one with free text. Is this something that needs to be remedied on a PC? If that’s the case, that needs to be fixed. This should be downloadable and accessible by a mobile device. Appreciate any advice

I have a lot of trouble with FNBTPersonal. Randomly try logging in and it shows a bad request error. This happens very often and it’s annoying.

Not consistent

FNBTPersonal is not consistent with logging in capabilities. There are times I have to completely log off my phone to attempt to log on. It will often and sometimes daily freeze before I can see the log in screen, having to wait another time and hope for the best. For an important bank app... this one is not reliable to be able to view or move balances. I have contacted my bank at times and they are of no help with FNBTPersonal .

I agree I was very confused on why I needed to delete the old app to get this new app. I went to the banks website and saw online banking was being updated but no notice that we needed to download a new app. The only hint I got was when I called to figure out why I couldn’t log in to the old app. The automatic voiceover said to download the new app.

Frequent issues with logging on. It doesn’t read my fingerprint and then doesn’t always accept my password. I try again an hour or so later and it works fine. I’d like more reliability from my banking app. I do like FNBTPersonal better than the previous version, but none of that matters if it’s unreliable or I can’t access it.
