jlab sound does not work with my Iphone SE iOS 16.6. JLab GO Air Sport earblugs paired and working fine. JLab Sound app is just gives just message "Please connect the device in Setting"

When I go to the app to try to modify a setting I repeatedlyy get a message that says "connec devise in setting". The device is connected. I can't make any adjustments and I only get sound out of the right earbud.

Same problem as everyone else. Just bought these ten minutes ago. Thankfully I wasn't far from the store. Exchanging now for the Anker Soundcore set.

When I get into the app my earbuds are connected to my device and everything but the app keeps telling me to "please connect the device in settings." I've tried restarting my phone, forgetting the device and reconnecting, pairing the earbuds to eachother even though they already were, deleting the app. everything.

I've been trying for months like 3 actually and I still haven't gotten to use my earbuds because I have to adjust it before I can use it because of my hearing is there another appi can use with these or can I exchange them for something else ill buy scukkcandy they work good if I can trade for a computer mouse or keyboard or something

JLab Epic Air automatically and repeatedly pauses when in direct sunlight. Heat from sunlight triggers the pause function on the earbud. Using the app to turn off the autoplay/pause sensors makes no difference.

The app works with my new Epic Air ANC except updates. This is my second pair (first still in use). First pair updated as expected. 2nd pair opens a dialog with "Bin file invalid" message.

I have received four replacement Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless earbuds . I requested that they test the Earbuds before they send them to me. I noticed the seal on the box hadn’t been broken so I know that the Earbuds hadn’t been tested. Here’s the problem that I discovered with the CONTROLS; the Right Earbud, the 2 tap for PAUSE/ PLAY is defective. That control only increases the volume. The 3 tap on Right Earbud for EQ CHANGE does not work. On the Left Earbud the Double Tap and the Triple Tap are defective and don’t work. The only controls that work are: Right Ear, VOLUME UP; Left Ear, VOLUME DOWN; Right Ear, TRACK FOWARD; Left Ear, Be Aware/ ANC ON/ ANC OFF; Left or Right Ear, ANSWER. It seem like only the SINGLE TAP functions are the only functions that work on the Left and Right Earbud. The Double and Triple tap functions do not work on either Earbud. Please let me know what you plan on doing. I’m not sure I would like to have this product now that I’ve received four defective products. I’m requested a refund but customer service says they can only replace the Earbuds.
