How to fix SPAR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SPAR app on iPhone
Update SPAR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SPAR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SPAR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SPAR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SPAR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SPAR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SPAR App
1. On android, goto Settings » SPAR » click [Force Stop]

Update SPAR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SPAR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SPAR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SPAR.

Fix SPAR unable to contact server/ SPAR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SPAR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SPAR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
