9 months agoTo whom it may consern. I have just bought a pair of Jlab epic air sport and the app for customize the sound is not working! Fix the problem or i will deliver the phones back to shop! I now see that most of yours complains is problems with your app?

Please connect device in setting
I just downloaded this app, and I can’t even start to try to use it because every time I do, it says to “please connect device in setting.” The app has access to my Bluetooth, the earbuds are connected to my phone and working fine. There’s no reason for this besides a problem from the developers. I’ve seen a bunch of other people say the same thing, and yet nothing has been done to fix this. I followed the instructions listed to try to fix the issue and it did absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately does not work.
Seriously, pretty much every other wireless earbud apps work, but this one doesn’t. I have my earbuds connected to bluetooth, and thus I tried to connect them to the app… only to find that I “need to connect them in setting”. I looked through every button in the app, and only found a zip file, which I decided not to install. Thus, I couldn’t even be able to connect my earbuds to the app. Seriously, if you’re gonna make an app for these earbuds, at least have it work.

Unable to update firmware
Receive notice that “download FW Fail, check internet connection and url is correct “ Every time I attempt to update. Have verified good internet connection. Do not know how to verify url is correct. Do not waste your money. Ear buds are ok. Nice features for price point. But if you cannot unlock the features without a current firmware update, the features do not actually exist. App is complete garbage. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
