How to fix PlayTally app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PlayTally app on iPhone
Update PlayTally app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlayTally iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PlayTally on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PlayTally network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PlayTally Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PlayTally not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PlayTally App
1. On android, goto Settings » PlayTally » click [Force Stop]

Update PlayTally to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlayTally App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PlayTally » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PlayTally.

Fix PlayTally unable to contact server/ PlayTally internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PlayTally » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PlayTally » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlayTally
