I’m not able to set up direct deposits to accounts at other banks through the app. I have to go through a bureaucratic nightmare to get it done. It was supposed to have happened today and it didn’t. We just received 2 UPS packages with more paperwork. So now I’ll have to waste more time going back to the bank to try and straighten this out. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous! I’m seriously considering switching banks.

A lot of needed functionality and simple to use. It was definitely a five star app until whatever happened a couple months ago that has made it impossible to mobile deposit checks for the most part recently. A trip to the bank for something that we’ve been able to do via mobile for years is an unwelcome inconvenience.

This app could stand to be more user friendly. It makes no sense to me how many steps I have to take just to get to the proper spot to pay my credit card bill. The credit card and savings are the only services I receive from OKCU, so I can’t speak on anything beyond those parts of the app.
