The application market under Wear Fit Pro app is not working

Subscription payment failed, money is debited, there is no subscription, what should I do?

‏Unlike the last version of the Wearfit app where I get a total number of steps from both the app & the smart watch, the recent version shows only step number from device (smartwatch), ‏FYI, when I do exercise I do not wear the watch but I take my phone with me, ‏Your earliest advice is appreciated

My wearfit pro8 won't hold a charge. It was at 100% this morning and it's now 4pm and it's down to 14%. I don't use any of the apps and I don't use it for my phone or text or anything else. Please help.

When I charge my watch my downloaded screens that I paid for goes back to the screen when I first got the watch. And it will not let me instal my paid for screens back onto my watch so now I am left with a watch with the screen that I bought it with. I have tried uninstall and reinstall and switch watch on and off and it will not let me put my paid for watch screen back onto my watch. Graham

I don't get Snapchat notifications I get notifications from other apps just fine, but nothing from Snapchat. I'll unlock my phone and see the notification there without every having received the notice on my watch.also there is no icone for notification for Snapchat. Any ideas?

When I clicked to the next step it says that I have to check the agreement which I did before . Right now the watch is useless . I can't go on any further . I wish I could get help from them. Their app is garbage

Buonasera, più che problema chiedo se quando si personalizza la watch face , ci possa essere la possibilità di aggiungere anche le lancette dell orologio oltre all’ora digitale che tra ‘altro e’ limitata nei colori e nella possibilità di posizionarla dove si vuole nel quadrante . Grazie ☺️
