This watch is terrible. My mom got this for all three of her kids. It took awhile to connect. Then it would disconnect. Would have more trouble with connecting. Then wouldn’t connect to weather. And now it completely won’t connect to Bluetooth or WearfitPro . It’s literally a piece of garbage now. I’m still grateful my mom got me it. Always will be just feel like she got ripped off

Just received my watch today and while this is a beautiful watch, please be advised that if you have an iPhone XR you may not be able to locate WearfitPro under your notification settings to receive the notifications on your phone. I downloaded the Wearfit pro to my XR only to find WearfitPro is not listed under my notification settings. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, gonna see if I could look into this further however if still to no avail I can’t sync my watch to my phone the watch has to go back for sure.

I like WearfitPro. It does what I need it to do. That said, I just realized, almost a year later, that it does not auto sync data like steps at the end of the day. The watch said at the end of the night I had walked 5,000 steps. WearfitPro shows only 2,400. It did not sync up at midnight. It should auto sync at some point. My other issue is that recently I have to sit through 30 second add every time I log in and that is ANNOYING. Is there a way to pay to turn ads off? A shame we have to pay for this but I am willing to do that to not have that delay and irritation of watching the same game ads over and over. If I wanted a game, I would look for a game app.

The English on WearfitPro isn’t great and there are several typos. The units don’t convert half of the time despite the fact I selected it in settings. The watch faces are stuck on my watch. I can’t get rid of them and now I have 4 watch faces when I only want/need one. It works for the absolute basics.. that’s the only reason it gets two stars. I’m only using it because I got the watch as a gift and this is the only app that will bind with it.

I have found WearfitPro to be difficult. I remove the watch from Bluetooth,remove watch from app as it won’t connect. I have to remove app from phone then re install it. Hard shut down watch bring it back on All to get watch to reconnect and then before you know it has discinnnected my watch again. My other watches do not behave this way with the apps that go with them.

Can u please update WearfitPro so that is can do automatic sync with with Watch during the day, also please add a way to change the weather from Celsius to Fahrenheit. And last can u add on to the messages to I can reply to text messages I received either using Siri or a small keyboard. Also can u add a way so the components I add to my watch will actually stay because they erased every so often and u have to add them back that’s annoying. Please give a update to WearfitPro soon!!

It would be great if this watch performed as advertised. Text messaging does not work. Wear fit Pro app doesnt even show under notifications to allow messaging. iPhone 11 Max Pro and D06 smart watch.

This is a good software. It does what is expected. But is difficult to do correlation because the time shown oh graph are different from my time zone, and it’s needed calculate the time on graph to compare with some event. Please fix it!!

I hope that you can add more apps in the notifications such as snapchat and Instagram and messsges , and also sync the data to the health app

It’s a app for sync to watches, like hw22, that watch is completely like apple watch series 6! But in app there are not any watch face exactly like apple watch’s watch faces!! This is too bad... because this gadget is a high copy from iwatch!! But watch faces are not look like the real apple watch!!

I need help trying to fix the time to my time, overall everything is good

I have the HW16 watch. I love the watch! But WearfitPro needs improvements, I love all the fitness and health tracking info. I wish you could hook up WearfitPro to sync with the health app on iPhone. Also the watch faces needs to be updated, or if possible have a more options when customizing your own.

Too bad you cannot add the whole phone book only 8 numbers can display on the watch cannot sync all phone book to watch

Please put Apple Face Watches in the next updates and of course for free, for Iranian users who can not buy. It is a complete and attractive application

I cannot connect to my iPhone. Sad that this watch was a waste of my money and time.

The watch and app is very good. All the functions it offer are the best. I love the fact that it can tell my heart rate and other health issues if needed. My only problem is that it won’t let me connect through WearfitPro . It will say connected on phone but not in app which then won’t allow me to change the time or anything

I am not sure if I’m unable to locate a switch, but it would be fantastic if there was a way to switch to American units (Fahrenheit, Pounds, Inches, etc...)

I love the apps and the watch HW16. We know that it’s a super clone of Apple Watch and the UI is super fast. But the sad thing is there no apple watch faces in WearfitPro, so please add some faces of Apple Watch.. plz plz plz...

Its a great app but there are so rare watch faces and there is no other option to make and download watch face from other apps. So please apply all watch faces available . Thank you

I have the hw16 and I love the watch but the watch faces need so many more. On my app it only shows like 10 faces. Shows where all these others should be but never show up. App needs improvement

WearfitPro will not connect with the watch.

It only works with th Android app

The watch is nice but your App is garbage. My watch HW28 does not connect telephone, contact list, call pad or whatsapp calls or even music So only a few functions intermittently work with my Iphone 14 I have tried many times to contact customer support and get no response at all. So no, I cannot recommend this watch and will probably make a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back from the seller now

I just got HW68 ultra mini, the screen is not working

Sorry nothing but trouble from the start. Hard to set up. Always drops out of blue tooth when you walk away from my phone. Now won't charge. To me I bought a complete lemon.

The problem with the app is that the exercise videos pause after each segment and cannot be played and have to start the exercise video from the start. Also when I start the exercise it does not automatically start on the watch (HK9 Pro Gen 2) so the heart rate is not synced.

How can I enable notifications for Slack, am not able to see an option for Slack in the notification sections. Is it only for the selected apps?

The watch sometimes won't connect to my iphone 8, also it doesn't keep watch faces i've bought on it, i have to reinstall them all the time. It should also let you replace the factory watch faces with purchased or free faces and save them to the watch so that they are there even when not connected to the app on the phone. The watch time sometimes changes after i've charged it (not completely flat so didn't turn off) the Time should remain and not change when not connected to my phone app. Other than this, I bought this IWO7 Wearfit Pro 7 watch as it was a TENTH of the price of the latest Apple watch and does just about everything the apple watch does, so all round still a good buy

I purchased the Modococo Brand Watch in Alibaba and was successful logging and opened all the features of this great watch. The problem I'm having is I have a newer phone ( iphone6s ) and the Wearfit pro app is linked to my old Samsung phone. How do I unlink the Android Samsung phone so I can transfer it to my Apple iphone ? I have downloaded the Wearfit pro app to my iphone but it will not sync to the iphone. Phone connects watch, but nothing I do on watch effects the phone, no calls, music controls or camera control.

Enter a legit email address and press get code. Wearfit pro fails to send a code to the email address, not working. Can we use mobile phone to received the code.
