How to fix ZOSI VIEW app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZOSI VIEW app on iPhone
Update ZOSI VIEW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZOSI VIEW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZOSI VIEW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZOSI VIEW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZOSI VIEW Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZOSI VIEW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZOSI VIEW App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZOSI VIEW » click [Force Stop]

Update ZOSI VIEW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZOSI VIEW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZOSI VIEW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZOSI VIEW.

Fix ZOSI VIEW unable to contact server/ ZOSI VIEW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZOSI VIEW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZOSI VIEW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZOSI VIEW
