Performed all options to the point of Resetting Network Settings. and Re-downloading App. IOS is current at 15.4. Once link is copied and then button to depress to save in SavTok, the app remains in Process Mode. Note: First time using this app

How to fix SaveTok app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SaveTok app on iPhone
Update SaveTok app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SaveTok iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SaveTok on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SaveTok network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SaveTok Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SaveTok not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SaveTok App
1. On android, goto Settings » SaveTok » click [Force Stop]

Update SaveTok to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SaveTok App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SaveTok » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SaveTok.

Fix SaveTok unable to contact server/ SaveTok internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SaveTok » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SaveTok » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SaveTok
