App is crashing after I reinstalled it several times. Restarted my computer. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund because if the app isn't working you can't even see your balance. They overdrated my account for .14c which is crazy.

How to fix Bright app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bright app on iPhone
Update Bright app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bright iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bright on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bright network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bright Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bright not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bright App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bright » click [Force Stop]

Update Bright to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bright App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bright » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bright.

Fix Bright unable to contact server/ Bright internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bright » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bright » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bright
