How to fix HAGS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HAGS app on iPhone
Update HAGS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HAGS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HAGS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HAGS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix HAGS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HAGS app issues:

Force Stop the HAGS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HAGS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HAGS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HAGS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HAGS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HAGS.

Fix HAGS unable to contact server/ HAGS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HAGS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HAGS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HAGS on android.
