I have a problem with Bloomz

- Navigation is not very intuitive and updates notifications can be challenging to discern.

- App notifications for unimportant updates can be bothersome.

- Recent updates have caused the app to become almost completely unusable for some users.

- There are still areas for improvement compared to other classroom apps like Remind and Class Dojo.

To resolve Bloomz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bloomz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bloomz » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bloomz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bloomz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bloomz.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bloomz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bloomz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bloomz
