Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MyU app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MyU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyU app on iPhone
Update MyU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix MyU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyU app issues:

Force Stop the MyU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyU.

Fix MyU unable to contact server/ MyU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyU on android.
