Orders late and messed up

Since getting the new app, my orders have taken way longer than the app has told me and orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. I never had this issue with the old Clean Juice app and have been a customer for a long while. Today’s order was to be ready at 11:04am and it’s still not ready at nearly 11:30am. I ordered it at 10:44. Something is wrong with the technology. It seems the stores are not receiving orders in a timely fashion and are not getting all of the details.

Doesn’t allow you to log in

I have an existing account with Clean Juice and each time I try to log in with my email or with Google or Apple, the only option to continue is “Register” instead of “Login”. It’s pretty frustrating because I’m unable to login because I “already have an existing account” which of course I know. Clearly it’s a bug, and needs to be fixed so I can continue to do mobile orders and receive points.

Transfer from old app to new app frustrating

Had a credit of $10 on the old app- entered all of my info and then it said to download the new app which I did and only got a $5 credit and then had to add all of my contact details again and then when I finally placed my order it said it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes to get the app figured out so with the wait time it’s 40 min total- ugh
