I have an IPhone 14 pro. I was able in the past to use my Darb application and pay for my parking when abroad. However since 3/4 weeks, I am not able to even connect. I tried through the ITC website, but even that could not connect to the e-services!!! Both work perfectly while in the UAE, please let me know what to do to make the app work while abroad. Many thanks for your assistance.

I have vivo device trying to download DARB app since received upgrade it only searching nothing happening. now have uninstalled and then again trying to install from plays tore but the behavior is same please advise how to install on my VIVO Mobile.

Samsung A52 is.my phone and DARB app cannot download from play store . It's showing your devise is not compatible with this version

This App is not working. only white screen.. i am using Samsung Note 4.. plx fix it..or ask any educated app developer.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DARB app issues:

Force Stop the DARB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DARB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DARB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DARB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DARB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DARB.

Fix DARB unable to contact server/ DARB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DARB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DARB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DARB on android.
