I was having issues pairing my son's new Gabb phone via my phone. Once I logged into the Gabb website from my laptop, it worked fine. I recommend activating and pairing from a computer. Hope that helps.

Not sending text messages
I’m experiencing same issues many people are reporting. My Gabb internal error continues to show up and my Gabb app won’t open on new device.
I am trying to activate it and absolutely is working. Even simple tasks such as logging in is not working. I am wishing I should have gone with TickTalk4 instead. On top of not able to log into a new created account, it is not accepting my amazon order number. It is say the IMEI does not exist. And now the app says internal error and the watch says "Provision Failed". I think I should just return this and get my money back.
My gabb app won’t even open. Then if I click the app again it says “MyGabb keeps stopping” and only gives me the options of opening app info or closing the app. I just got it and it is NOT easy to set up and I’m close to getting my money back. I’ve done all the tricks and nothing is working.
My gabb watch says no signal. I can’t call now.

I'm receiving notifications from PackageUpdater indicating updates and downloads are available, but they do not seem to be downloading properly and remain as notifications.
I am trying to pair my daughter's new gabb phone with the my gabb app on my phone. I am unable to open the mygabb app on her new phone. Every time I try it says MyGabb keeps stopping.
I have been trying to pair my son's new gabb phone for over a week. I get the message "internal server error" every time. I've gotten dozens of emails telling me to do various things to fix it but nothing has worked.
My son’s gabb phone keeps shutting down, and it’s not opening up when he puts the password in.
My daughter checked off the tasks on her watch but I’m not able to approve them on the app. Not even seeing a message or a place to approve them.
I am trying to add my add my Gabb watch and when entering IMEI number it says Internal Server Error.
MyGabb app keeps running, and I can't get it to close
every time I click into the mygabb app I won't load and show the QR code. every time it tells me that my device cannot connect to the network, no matter where I am or how much signal I get. I never shows up. I've tried disabling the app restarting my phone etc it still doesn't work, and now I've just given up.
Unable to create repeating tasks. I was able to do it yesterday. Now not able to select a day so won’t save.
My app crashes when trying to modify or add lock modes
When I try to save the lock mode the app crashes everytime. Have restarted it taken off my phone and reloaded etc
Mygabb app is crashing every time I try to update the lock schedule from my (parent) phone. I cannot unlock my daughter's watch.
