I have had nothing but problems with the new banking process. It still doesn’t work and I don’t have time to stop in to get it fixed. Plus you are not even open to the public, every other bank in town is open but you. Really thinking about changing banks.
I’m having a terrible time getting used to this new site!!!! Took almost a half dozen times to get a picture to submit the deposit a check because they couldn’t read the amount!!! Can’t you enlarge the picture like a normal person….
I don’t like to have to look for everything that used to be right on the screen when you open up the site……horrible website!!!! Almost make a person want to to change banks after all these years!!!!!
Not good for Seniors…….I don’t like to be retrained!!!!!!! Just my opinion….
I get it’s new but they should have gotten all of this prepared before launching! It now takes a full day after payday to receive my check and do transfers from my savings and checking account rather than immediately which is soooo inconvenient I’ve tried getting back to them but seem like they don’t really try:/ should’ve just kept the old app
The old app worked way better than this one. This one is laggy, it doesn’t update your balance until the next day when transferring money between accounts no matter what time of day you transfer, and often times the balances “available” are inaccurate. It’ll show accounts as negative even if they aren’t just because the system is so behind.
I don’t know why they changed ANBGo . This new one is not user-friendly, is designed poorly, and overall was just unnecessary. Transfers between accounts take days to process which is ridiculous—this used to be instantaneous and now it makes me worried that my payments will be declined due to a pending transfer. I wish we could have the old app back, it was so much better.
Not to mention ANB didn’t even notify me ANBGo was changing. I tried to sign in and it just said “unable to validate your information”. Maybe tell me that the old app isn’t being used anymore? It took some research on my part to figure out they switched to a whole new app. The communication there was definitely not great.
I love that there is an app that keeps my account info for me. I do. Really.
When I spend money that shows as Pending, however, I sometimes miss it and have put myself in the hole. Wouldn’t it be great if an app could keep the count as well as I can on paper?
Lesson learned
I thought I made a car payment using my debit card on 2/4/23. I cannot find where it shows that payment. I find you on-line payment very difficult to set & view.
This newest version of ANBGo is much improved. However a couple suggestions:
1. I wish there was a way to set a travel notice in ANBGo . Quickly and easily.
2. I wish you could use ANBGo to unlock/lock a card.
I like that we have the feature I think it could be better with an auto capture once it sees the numbers and information it needs I’ve been counting a few other apps that do so and I’ll make it easy
New Apps ANB GO is very useful and so convenient when you checking recent Account status also you can check back date , % , up to date total loan payment amount , when finished ✔️ and etc .. love it , Thanks
This new app is almost impossible to use. I have called several times and got no help. I have tried the virtual conversation and still cannot figure out how to delete old payees. This is not user friendly!
I’ve used it for years but just moved to new town where they aren’t located so I am closing account. But I’ve always had great relationships with the bankers and loan officers. Will return as a customer if they ever expand to my area!
There are more options to move money between accounts, even with other financial institutions. I can now send money to friends straight from my account!!
Won’t update my current balance. The chat never sends a message for anyone to help. Transactions haven’t updated since the switch. Can no longer do a mobile deposit. No one can help. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Go back to the other one.
I’ve been with American National close to 40 years, and they are the most professional and courteous people I’ve met in the banking world. At the the LaVista branch, Priyank Emily & Teri, the branch Manager, & hope I spelled their names correctly, are always “Spot On!”
This new platform is much easier to navigate and I feel like it functions much more logically. This new program is literally within its first week, so there were some tiny bugs that got fixed within the first day or two, I have no other complaints!
I am very happy with American National Bank all the way around. Whenever I go to the bank those kids are so professional and upbeat they make your day. I see kids because they are all younger generation and you don’t find that very often in the younger generation. Very pleased with my bank. God bless.
