My bonus points for that were over 30 suddenly disappeared from the app and now I have no points to open chapters

The app is stuck on one of the Royal Match ads and will not let me out of it. It is a glitch, as those ads are constant, but eventually you can X out of them. If I reinstall the app to try and troubleshoot, I’m concerned I’ll lose all my saved content.
