Hi I'm new to curious cat, so, is it normal,at weekends not to get many tasks,? I did receive two tasks early this morning but not received any for the rest of the day yet. Has there system crashed or do they have a technical issue going on. If so how long does it usually take for them, to sort issues like this out?

How to fix Curious Cat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Curious Cat app on iPhone
Update Curious Cat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Curious Cat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Curious Cat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Curious Cat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Curious Cat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Curious Cat App
1. On android, goto Settings » Curious Cat » click [Force Stop]

Update Curious Cat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Curious Cat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Curious Cat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Curious Cat.

Fix Curious Cat unable to contact server/ Curious Cat internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Curious Cat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Curious Cat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Curious Cat
