- Unable to access the pro pool

- Support took a little longer than I would like to respond to my email

- Have to wait 60 days before receiving the cash

- Have to really commit to using it long-term to see the benefits

- Collects personal health information and shares it with 3rd party

- Total $500 prize pool for everybody on the app

- Difficult to get any help from customer service

- App hasn't been updated in nine months

Hi- Love the app and the motivation it provides. However, this morning I was logged out and can’t log back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled and I’m still not able to login. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

How to fix PaidToGo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PaidToGo app on iPhone
Update PaidToGo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PaidToGo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PaidToGo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PaidToGo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PaidToGo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PaidToGo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PaidToGo App
1. On android, goto Settings » PaidToGo » click [Force Stop]

Update PaidToGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PaidToGo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PaidToGo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PaidToGo.

Fix PaidToGo unable to contact server/ PaidToGo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PaidToGo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PaidToGo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
