Building wealth through real estate is typically afforded to very high income earners or people who inherit money or property. this app gives you the ability to access investment opportunities in real estate with a lower investment amount. With the stock marketing being all over the place right now, I know I’m reducing my risk by diversifying into real estate. DiversyFund makes it easy to get a basic overview of your portfolio and the dividends you are earning. I feel more secure in my investments knowing that I have funds in a real estate trust, not just stocks and 401K. I’d recommend this platform to anyone who wants to get into real estate investment, but doesn’t have six figures of liquidity to invest. You can get it in at a lower price tag with this app and without the hassle of real estate transactions.

I like the idea and fell for the marketing. Site said average is 18% increase year over year. Invested $5000. Here are the issues I have:

1) It is very boring. It is like putting your money in a savings account. You buy into a portfolio and they indicate they are adding properties to the portfolio, but you cannot see any cash flow. You have no idea what their plan is and if their estimates are accurate. All you see if your investment and the dollar amount of return earned to date.

2) In 4 months, I have seen less than a 1% return. I am on track to have a less than 3% return in 2021.

3) I sent them a message asking if I can take my money out to put it into something with better estimated appreciation with daily view into how the investment is going. Their response was, “this is a 5 year investment. You will have the opportunity to liquidate at your 5 year anniversary.”

So be aware, invest with no view into how your investment is tracking, no option to liquidate for 5 years and (currently) trending at less than 3% annual ROI.

Can you please fix login with Apple ID? I get a weird error message after it takes me to go login on the browser and back in DiversyFund .

I’m always very careful where I invest my money and on what apps especially ones that aren’t exactly mainstream... what caught my eye is your responses to all the reviews especially the bad ones although i haven’t tried DiversyFund yet I’m giving 5 stars just due to the fact people don’t do their own research...how do you put 500$ without realizing it’s locked in for 5 years like do they not use their brain jeez

As has been stated in previous reviews, DiversyFund won’t accept my bank information. The response team claimed the issue was fixed, but I assure you, it has not. It’s very unsettling to type in your private information over and over for seemingly nothing to happen. I contacted customer support and received no help. I have now resorted to using the online version of this service, but as I make my investment I wonder, why am I entrusting my money to people who don’t even know how to take it?

The idea is good but be aware that you will not have a control of your funds, even in case of emergency or financial hardship, you won’t be able to sell or withdraw your money!! So basically they take your money and you get profit on papers only, you can’t take a penny out. Compared yo Fundrise, this is not something you want to invest in. With other platforms, there is a mechanism to withdraw your money or profit but here, there is no such a mechanism!!

I invested 500$ as suggested without them making it apparently clear I was locked in for 5 years. As a new investor , understand this agreement. Now for the next 5 years I’ll be locked in trying to remember DiversyFund and the money I have on it. They have projected results let’s hope these hold true !

Love the new look. However I can’t see my investment 🤦🏾‍♂️. I’m not going to panic just pls say something or fix this.

Love that this app gives us access to Multifamily real estate investments.

Their investor portfolios are super diversified across different states and markets that are doing really well.

Having DiversyFund available has been great! Love using this to handle my investing needs and watching my investments grow over time.

App is a bit spotty with connecting and doesn’t give you that much information. Half of the functions of DiversyFund are just to get you to invest more money. My initial investment has been stuck in escrow for almost 20 days now. Customer service is pretty bad. Invest elsewhere

Finally allowed me to break into the real estate world! Ive been wanting to diversify more with Real Eatate and their Growth REIT is exactly what I’m looking for!

Quite simple and user friendly. DiversyFund could use some good security access tools like Touch ID or Two-Step Verification.

Common guys. DiversyFund worked until the last update and now another update but it’s still broken. Can’t login on DiversyFund (iPhone) but it works on desktop (Mac). Fix this issue!!!

I’ve been interested in REITs for a while. Cool that this kind of thing exists.

It’s “principal” not principle on the dashboard. Don’t see the dividends anywhere also.

The last few day I have been trying to use DiversyFund and it it just roams continually. Hard to invest with a company who doesn’t stay up to date with their app.

When DiversyFund will not link to your bank account. I tried several times. Every time it retrieves the credentials and I put inter code. It tells me to put it in manually. After I just set it up.
