1 year agoNo transparency. Seems like a scam. I invested and can’t get my money back and they won’t respond.

Apparently they don’t want my money.
As has been stated in previous reviews, the app won’t accept my bank information. The response team claimed the issue was fixed, but I assure you, it has not. It’s very unsettling to type in your private information over and over for seemingly nothing to happen. I contacted customer support and received no help. I have now resorted to using the online version of this service, but as I make my investment I wonder, why am I entrusting my money to people who don’t even know how to take it?

Don’t invest here
The idea is good but be aware that you will not have a control of your funds, even in case of emergency or financial hardship, you won’t be able to sell or withdraw your money!! So basically they take your money and you get profit on papers only, you can’t take a penny out. Compared yo Fundrise, this is not something you want to invest in. With other platforms, there is a mechanism to withdraw your money or profit but here, there is no such a mechanism!!

Spotty and spottier company
App is a bit spotty with connecting and doesn’t give you that much information. Half of the functions of the app are just to get you to invest more money. My initial investment has been stuck in escrow for almost 20 days now. Customer service is pretty bad. Invest elsewhere
