I signed up with this company to do cash back offers. I’ve done plenty of them and i haven’t gotten a cent back in cash app. They claim to pay you $20 for your referrals who also completes cash back offers as well. I’ve had over 8 people sign up and complete their offers and they weren’t paid either. They say that they will email you regarding your concern, but you will never get an email. They say give it 24 hours to be paid and you will NOT be paid. Its been a week and I still haven’t received anything. Then to get out of paying they will say that they don’t see your transaction which is a lie because you have proof from your attached card statements. Its like they only have the same few reps speaking to you. I was just talking to a rep by the name of Subiksha and the rep left the chat in the middle of our conversation without helping me or saying that they were leaving. If I could give this company 0 stars, I wouldn’t give them half of that. They false advertise and THEY DO NOT PAY YOU. I wish that I would’ve read these other reviews because clearly this has been an ongoing issue. Oh, and they always have a glitch or technical issues so expect to be told that when you contact support via chat to ask about your promised funds. They also don’t have a phone number to be contacted. I’m making a complaint with the BBB against them as well. I want this company shut down

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed of AboundexTimesClub. My friend suggested to downloaded, I guess she wanted the referral reward which supposed to give you and your referral $20 plus $5 of welcome reward. I was told I needed to buy things through AboundexTimesClub and then like in 5 days you would get the back and activate the possibility to send the money to your account. They never have the cash back so I couldn’t transfer my $25 to my account because AboundexTimesClub says there is a minimum of $30. I waited for weeks NO CASH BACK! It’s over a month and I am completely disappointed of AboundexTimesClub. I even have made other purchases in person in many Indian stores to see if AboundexTimesClub would give me cash back but nothing. I would send multiple messages to the customer service who always is a computer and not a real person!! So nobody helps you. If anything goes wrong there is no one to help you.

So when we purchase the subscription of 2.99$ or 9.99$ I can’t link my new credit card or new bank accounts to enjoy the cash backs so when I try to reach13V
customer support I only reply I get them is ‘ A group is as of now allocated to determine these issues to get them settled completely, Kindly don't stress it will be settled in a couple of weeks’ . So I have used my subscription now and I can’t use my new cards so I feel like I am being robbed were I can let use any cash back on my new card account ( American Express and wells ) were new account I wanted to link to my profile and I keep getting error , I have left with only 10 days on my subscription haven’t used any offers till now . I hope refund the subscription fee if they can’t fix the bank accounts link issue to the profile .

Timesclub has been a real treat. The referral sign up bonus is why i first joined and now this Pro Account at 10% is paying some serious dividends. I tell people without an iPhone, Timesclub will supplement the cost of a new phone by what it kicks back in cash every time you spend.

They do not give any cash back and even they do not have a complaint management system. Customer service is clue less on whats happening in the company. Tell them anything and they will again ask sorry sor what was the issue
Even in the customer service there are 2-3 people out of them one name is Geethanjali real or fake I dont know that girl once will come into chat and will never chat if you ask any counter question she will not reply back and even mock you up by typing all the agents are busy.
Well I deleted my account because I am not sure what they were doing with my data may be its an app run by bunch of people who seeing my financial data.

I rarely write reviews but I'm making it a point to write one for this useless app. It all seem to be working fine in the beginning, and the problem started when I highlighted to them that cashback at a popular merchant they advertise was not triggering properly. They said they will investigate and then went on to ask for screenshots of my credit card statements, which I sent, after which they locked my account. I've been trying to get my account unlocked for a month and I always get the same response from them that someone is looking into it. it's not worth the hassle to use this even if they unlock my account, and I am deleting it from my phone.

First the ad it shows on social will trick you to create an account. Upon creating they will again trick you to send referrals. There is no way to keep track of your referrals even though your referrals complete the sign up process it doesn’t show referral rewards.
There is no way to link credit card. All you can link is bank account.
There is no way to get free 6 months Gaana+ membership. You have to be a premium member which is $2.99/month.
There is no way to delete an account. I contacted customer care to delete my account and she said it will take 2-3 days but no updates even after 7 days.
Lot of gimmicks. Don’t waste your time. Stay away.

I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD AboundexTimesClub. I have been trying to withdraw my cash back for months fail bank account ...fail bank account messages! No one gets back to you in email. No number to call. I linked another account still stupid message. Finally today I for someone in chat ans can you believe AboundexTimesClub log me out ? Then I go log in and it just not login me in so then I did forget password and can you believe what it told me ? Email doesn’t exist but the whole time I submit a chat it said they will get back to me in 2-3 from my email. FRAUD! SHADY! SCAM! Apple store should remove AboundexTimesClub just trying to steal people’s bank information.

I have absolutely loved AboundexTimesClub up until the last two weeks earn money every single time I shop at Walmart I have made over $100 on AboundexTimesClub! Well 10 days ago I tried to cash out $52 into my PayPal account contacted customer service they said they sent over the request I should have my money in a couple of days here it is 10 days later no one will answer me on customer service and I still haven’t got my money there’s no way to contact anybody for AboundexTimesClub at all someone needs to contact me about getting my payment please! If so I’ll change my review!

AboundexTimesClub works good till it automatically captures the cashback ( which is a rare event, believe me). Now when it doesn’t , which has happened so many times, I tried connecting to their CS and also sent emIls to them. To my surprise their Customer Service reps just run away abruptly from the chat. No response to emails. And there is no phone Number to call. This looks like is a Black hole… Seriously whats wrong with AboundexTimesClub. I want to like it but what are you if you can’t provide customer service. That is the ultimate basic which every customer facing business should have

Chat support is a pure waste of time. I have been following up for missing cashbacks for more than a month and every time the chat support say that they have “personally” taken up the request and they’ll follow up on my behalf. They’ll make sure that I’ll receive a resolution email within 5-7 business days but it’s more than a month and there’s no response. On following up, they say that backend team is still looking into the issue. And the worst of all is for every message, they’ll take 15 minutes to reply.

This company does nothing but scam. All they do is get your bank information promise you cash back. And when you withdraw out to your account you never see the money. Because they are sending the money to there selfs. I’ve been trying to get my money for months and never received anything the customer service reps are so clueless it’s sad. I am so tired of dealing with them I am in the process of contacting the BBB and also about to hit them hard with some court papers to make sure they are never able to operate again !!

I use several cash back apps and have not had any issue like I have with this one.I request to withdraw my cash back which says it is done but then takes 10 days. OK that’s fine waited the 10 days no cash back in my account. contacted customer support which must I say are horrible. they advise they will be sending it to PayPal but that it will take 48 to 72 hours. why does a PayPal cash out take that long when my cash out was already approved and wasn’t sent to my bank. I will be getting my cash back and deleting this god-awful app.

Downloaded AboundexTimesClub 6 month back. Now have $160 cash back. Tried to connect bank account from last 6 month it’s failing with diffrent reasons. Tried to check with customer support through app, they never resolved issue in 6 months. Every time they create ticket and forget. Nobody responds to the issueand this continued from last 6 min months. Worst part is they don’t have customer support number. Now feeling something fishy with app. They have collected our credit card and account details. Apple should remove AboundexTimesClub.

I transferred 50 Usd from times club account to my bank account on Apr 20,2021..Although it showed transferred successfully, I haven’t received 50 Usd in my bank account yet. I have contacted customer Care at least 5 times and everyone they say issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 5-6 business days..It’s more than 2 months now, but I haven’t received money yet in my bank account...Very disappointed with the service..seems all these cashback are just for display purpose with no actual value

I use DOSH app which is similar and always wondered why there aren’t Indian stores in that app. Glad to see an app where we can earn cashback at indian stores. But very few stores as of now and that’s the reason for a 4 rating. Add more indian stores and restaurants which is beneficial.
Also would be nice if referral bonuses are extended for more than 3 people.

We spend $1000’s at Winco every year. Love TimeClub 10% cash back incentive. So grateful for this money saving app, customer service is Top Notch, and referral bonus sign ups makes AboundexTimesClub pretty special little platform to stretch the dollar further..

My app has been crashing the whole day and haven’t been able to open it. I deleted AboundexTimesClub and Re-installed. As soon as I put my password it crashed again and didn’t open. Re-start of phone did not work either. There is no contact or desktop site I could find to report the issue. I am surprised how this can be.

This is a weird app , asks to link a card but is actually going to ask you to login into multiple bank accounts because “x bank link failed ,please try another bank”(even when you select a listed bank) this way they ask all bank accounts info and probably make money out of your info - they can see transactions and balances. Be safe and ignore their “free” subscriptions marketing ads.

I linked bank account and recommended my friends to instal AboundexTimesClub . But looks like I should have waited for the authenticity. Although I see club rewards for my purchase. I am unable to withdraw it. When I tried it around Nov 15 it dint work and contacted TC rep, they said I should be able to withdraw it from Nov 25th. Tried today again ( Nov 30), it says success but credit remains in account and also don’t get confirmation email on the transaction.

Update:
Finally app allowed me to withdraw club rewards. Will recommend it to my friends.

I have subscribed to willow cricket, as mentioned in their 3 months free willow subscription offer. Third month payment is coming up in a week, but did not see any refund as promised in their offer. And the agents I had chat with on 18sep2020 , promised to resolve the issue within 2 days...I doubt apps credibility. Same was promised every time I reached out to them. Better not link your bank account to times club account.

I have been waiting for more than2 months to get an issue resolved with their customer support. It involves 2 rewards worth 24 $. The boiler plate answer I've been getting from them is "Please allow us a few more days of time to resolve the issue." There is no way they could get 4.7 rating. They must be paying the rating harvesting farms to get it. Don't fall for this click bait.

You cannot link your credit card anymore just bank link so imagine you have to do shopping via routing number. Alert it could he a huge risk don’t waste time on AboundexTimesClub. The withdrawal part is waste. Contacted to rep and took month to get it done. None of reps are knowledgeable. AboundexTimesClub is in market for testing and collecting data. Don’t please don’t Download

App offers are good , but I am not able to add any external bank account so that I can transfer my rewards. I have tried BOA and Wells Fargo , for both the bank I got Multifactor Authentication error . If you are not supporting this banks then why these banks are present in the list? Also if I am not able to transfer the rewards then the main purpose is gone right !!

I am fighting to get my cash back for more than 3 months every time they will promise you that the issue will be resolved in next two business days but that will not happen and you will end up with costly bundles even to really didn’t need that one. So don’t waste your hard earned money and financial transactions to some useless guys

I download AboundexTimesClub referred people got $35 linked my bank everything went well I went to withdraw $35 to my bank and it says authentication failed but with a green check mark I checked my bank didn’t they it tried again and over and over signed out of account signed back in didn’t work please fix this 1. Its probably a scam or 2. It’s a bug

Looks like AboundexTimesClub is a scams stay away from it. After earning some cash rewards , it would not let you transfer the cash rewards to your bank. Emailed customer service and they are not helpful . Stay away from this scam !!

I have earned cash of $55 when I transferred to my account it get deducted into AboundexTimesClub but never reached my bank account.

Also AboundexTimesClub doesn’t have anything where you can contact them about any issues.

Would not recommend anyone. Doesn’t sound like legitimate app.
