How to fix 3way.io app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 3way.io app on iPhone
Update 3way.io app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 3way.io iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 3way.io on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 3way.io network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

3way.io Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 3way.io not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 3way.io App
1. On android, goto Settings » 3way.io » click [Force Stop]

Update 3way.io to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3way.io App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 3way.io » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 3way.io.

Fix 3way.io unable to contact server/ 3way.io internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 3way.io » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 3way.io » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 3way.io
