How to fix Sway app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sway app on iPhone
Update Sway app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sway iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sway on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sway network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sway app issues:

Force Stop the Sway App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sway app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sway to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sway App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sway app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sway.

Fix Sway unable to contact server/ Sway internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sway » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sway » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sway on android.
