- Ergonomics are weak

- Gets stuck all the time

- Crashes often

- Downloading for offline listening works only 50% of the time

- No CarPlay integration

- Finding downloaded content is cumbersome

- Shows display could be improved

- Have to repeatedly sign in to the app

- Episodes take a long time to load

- Buttons to pause, ff, and rewind don’t work or have a horrible lag

- Down arrow doesn’t work

- Listening to a few episodes drains phone battery

- Nearly impossible to get it to work with Apple CarPlay

How to fix Wondery app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wondery app on iPhone
Update Wondery app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wondery iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wondery on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wondery network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wondery Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wondery not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wondery App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wondery » click [Force Stop]

Update Wondery to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wondery App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wondery » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wondery.

Fix Wondery unable to contact server/ Wondery internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wondery » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wondery » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wondery
