Hi I downloaded music like last week and it was working fine but suddenly today when I tried to download any songs it just kept saying “music unavailable now” I restarted my phone, cleared all cache for the app and still says the same thing? Is something wrong with the app?

I cant download songs anymore becuase when i try to dowload new songs it always says music is unavailable and its pissing me off please fix your app and let us enjoy our music please

I can’t listen nor download music anymore, I was trying to download a new song to listen too but when I clicked download an error message piped up saying “This music is unavailable now” so I tried a different song and another song after that and every song I try to listen too or download, the same error message pops up

When I try to download songs it says I need to ‘check my Internet’ but my internet is working fine since I tried it on other apps and there’s definitely a Wi-Fi connection but it’s not working on ElfSounds

How to fix ElfSounds app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ElfSounds app on iPhone
Update ElfSounds app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ElfSounds iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ElfSounds on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ElfSounds network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ElfSounds Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ElfSounds not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ElfSounds App
1. On android, goto Settings » ElfSounds » click [Force Stop]

Update ElfSounds to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ElfSounds App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ElfSounds » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ElfSounds.

Fix ElfSounds unable to contact server/ ElfSounds internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ElfSounds » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ElfSounds » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ElfSounds
