No wonder Samsung is giving up ok their efforts to launch and support their own mobile operating system as their software is consistently useless! What should be an easy way to upload simple content to my business display is useless. It does not upload images from my library (not even their own ‘themes’) despite permissions and I can not create a template! Finally it freezes and I need to close and restart.

Not only is SamsungBusinessTV useless, but worse, it deceives buyers into purchasing Samsung displays with the promise of an easy content upload solution. That is misleading to say the least and therefore the 4 displays I bought are being returned!

App freezes on screen where you’re supposed to select a TV to connect to. Not possible to connect TV.

Doesn’t work. So glad I didn’t buy the TV

on iOS 16.4. Samsung app cannot see Samsung Business Display. Other non Samsung apps can see the TV. Worthless

This would be a great product but SamsungBusinessTV crashes when trying to edit designs. Hope this gets resolved soon.

You would expect such an excellent idea to be brought to the next level. SamsungBusinessTV is a joke. Even the basis many items, like picking a template, don't work. I am glad I checked SamsungBusinessTV before I got a tv. Very disappointed 🙁

Used to work great, new version no longer recognizes my photo albums on iPad. No way to roll back versions, completely unusable. Please help, we absolutely loved using this for our business. HELP!!!!

Its a great concept for a small business but its still a concept and not real. Nothing works as advertised, SamsungBusinessTV has not been updated so it doesn’t function half the time. Tv keeps freezing once you send the data. I will keep playing with it and try but been 24hrs with it and not happy

SamsungBusinessTV has so much potential. What is the point of having a business tv when you can never upload anything?

Integrator review: needs an iPad version. A lot of customers use an iPad for editing graphics and displaying on the screens. It’s nearly impossible to use an iPhone to edit any of the prebuilt templates, so users are forced to build their own and then use timers to change the menus. An iPad version would help sell these displays.

Also needs remote/cloud upload support either as “watch folder for content” or integration with a 3rd party for remote upload to displays.

I can’t upload 4k videos anymore please help to fix can only upload 1080p to my 4k business tvs.

App works very well, zero problems so far. But please allow for more advanced scheduling instead of just having one schedule up for every single day. Break it down by Monday to Sunday and this service will be golden!

Is connects great and fast

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Works well for me and you can also design content in Canva, download to your device and then post in SamsungBusinessTV.
