Needed to send a very important this app to SS. Purchased Fax. Got a receipt from Apple for payment. Tried over and over to send this app. Kept telling me to purchase a plan. Told me to click back. Just kept returning me to my this app. Completely deleted app and reinstalled it. Same thing over and over and over. Canceled subscription but still charge for original. Garbage. Crap. Rip off. No way to contact them for assistance. Garbage.

Hello I am requesting a refund because Fax is terrible and give me trouble to upload the documents.
How are you going to advertise that it’s free but when I try to send a this app I have to pay… crazy.
Only gives you an option to pay $10/per month or a yearly amount. There is not a free this app
I purchased Fax and I was unable to send an important this app do to app issues/bugs. Do not recommend.
Fax lied said it was free and only used it once went try to send another this app and it ask to buy a month or year

Tried for several hours to send 14 pages of text just over 4MB total. Had good connection but it never actually sent. Just keeps saying “sending”. Would give 0 stars is that was an option.
I’m not pleased with Fax because I have been trying to send a this app for over an hour now and the this app will not go through despite several attempts. Otherwise composing a this app with Fax is very easy to do.
