This App is Crap!

Don’t tell customers to contact your service people. Program it right in the first place so there is no need for service people!
It worked well for the first few days then it wouldn’t turn to landscape and the screen went nuts. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same thing came up. I am not going to call or email someone who barely even speaks English and let them monkey with my iPad.
Cannot connect to WiFi

Frustrating that there are no instructions to connect to WiFi if there’s trouble. Its bricked a $750 robot vacuum. Contacting support is not helpful. “Cannot connect to hostname” error every single time.

Nothing connects when you go to add device in the app like it has you do. Good luck to you, I’m hoping I can get my money back.
