Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yeelight Pro app issues:

Force Stop the Yeelight Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yeelight Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yeelight Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yeelight Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yeelight Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yeelight Pro.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yeelight Pro » "Force Stop".

Again, got Yeelight Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
