- App has some bugs

- No way to lock the bike

- Canceling recurring plans without notice

- Show inexistent and broken bikes as available

- Charging for the non-electric recurring plan even though they were in practice discontinued in Madrid

- Very expensive prices when bikes work

- Charging a “non compliant parking” fee when they shouldn’t

- Not user friendly in the sense of clear information

- No clear information in regard to the price the user is going to be charged

- No specification on price per minute
