App is no working. Should I delete it and install back on? Any another way to control temperature in property without using app? Thank you

My Sensi app on my phone is a blank screen… I just installed the unit but it says I need to use app to setup the schedule… but I can see anything but the + button and my account head on the top of page …..

Sensi is connected to WI FI Cannot see it on my IOS device to connect to Have gone completely reinstalled etc multiple times During one of those efforst i saw the sensi device but it wanted a password WHAT PASSWORD????

I thought that I had the thermostat turned off. My phone app appears to be turning back on. Remove the app and reinstall it?

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Sensi app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Sensi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sensi app on iPhone
Update Sensi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sensi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sensi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sensi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sensi app issues:

Force Stop the Sensi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sensi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sensi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sensi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sensi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sensi.

Fix Sensi unable to contact server/ Sensi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sensi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sensi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sensi on android.
