I bought 2 E-bike day passes for €13,99 each. After 2 hours the E-passes stopped charged us € 14,40 each above the E-bike daypass. We will use now other E bike but we want the money back. Normally paid 3,75€ for a daily distance during a holiday. One day for same time and distance much more. Made a complaint in the app but my application hasn't been processed within 7 weeks. Its against their own rules. So be carful. They take unjustified amounts and don't check or repay. That is cheating. They simply do not check and react! Write a brief complaint to the citys mayor. The only way to stop them cheating is if there are enough complaints.

I started a monthly subscription in the app, but it disappeared after a few days. So I had to load my wallet to be able to ride. No feedback from RideMovi when asking in the app for a refund for that ride.. I asked RideMovi to stop my monthly subscription. Nevertheless they are taking money from my account. They do not react on any emails I send. The only way to solve it was to block my VISA card... I can only warn you...

We never sign for Subcription and yet we had been charge 2 times per month In March Ihad been charge on March 1 and March 17 $5.64 and $5.51 , april 2 $5.54 February $5.63 January 23 $5.31 January 12 $5.54 December 27 $5.33 December 13 $5.64 and 5.32 this last was what iI paid for TOTAL CHARGE 44.17 I WANT YOU TO CANCEL WHAT EVER MONTHLY CHARGE YOU ARE DOING AND RETURN 44.17 INMEDIATELY. I closed a subscription on the 12th of September. However the bikes we wanted to use could not be recognized by the app. No other bikes were in the area and in the end we had to rent other bikes from another supplier. I would like my money back for the subscription. Contact me at: rijles6@redacted

App and bikes are ridden with errors. They keep canceling recurring plans without notice. They show inexistent and broken bikes as available, even weeks after reporting. They kept charging for the non-electric recurring plan even though they were in practice discontinued in Madrid (zero bikes, let alone working ones, in entire neighborhoods). When bikes work, prices are very expensive, and monthly minutes plan are only marginally cheaper. They charge a “non compliant parking” fee when they shouldn’t, then you have to go through hoops to get it returned

The app is not user friendly in the sense of clear information. There is no clear information in regard to the price the user is going to be charged nor any specification on price per minute in that matter.

After reading the user guide there is still no information at all about the price the user is going to be charged. (At least in Barcelona, Spain where I’m having this issue).

The only time the Movi app mentions price per minute of usage is when registering a payment method and indicates that you can ride as low as 1€ per 20 min. No indication of which type of bicycle the promotion applies to.

Very unhappy to be heavily misguided specially on my first ride! I am currently communicating with customer support to try and solve this issue.

I do not recommend this app.

My husband and I used this app while we were on holiday in Barcelona. We bought 25 mins or something for 4 euros. We thought that was it, left our holiday and deleted the app. Now it is charging us every month and we did not agree to a subscription nor did we authorize these charges. And now we cannot edit the account since we are in another country...
