Close and restart the Wuxiaworld app on iPhone
Update Wuxiaworld app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wuxiaworld iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wuxiaworld on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wuxiaworld network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Wuxiaworld App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wuxiaworld » click [Force Stop]

Update Wuxiaworld to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wuxiaworld App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wuxiaworld » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wuxiaworld.

Fix Wuxiaworld unable to contact server/ Wuxiaworld internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wuxiaworld » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wuxiaworld » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
