When I launched the app, the app has the message of "Lovel needs the permission of accessing your storage to display your personal files normally". When I press ok and allow permission, another message pop up, "you refused the storage permission of Lovel and selected do not ask. Please give permission for Lovel in system settings".

How to fix Lovel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lovel app on iPhone
Update Lovel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lovel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lovel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lovel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lovel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lovel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lovel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lovel » click [Force Stop]

Update Lovel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lovel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lovel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lovel.

Fix Lovel unable to contact server/ Lovel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lovel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lovel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lovel
