Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MVGO app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MVGO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MVGO app on iPhone
Update MVGO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MVGO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MVGO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MVGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

MVGO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MVGO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MVGO app issues:

Force Stop the MVGO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MVGO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MVGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MVGO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MVGO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MVGO.

Fix MVGO unable to contact server/ MVGO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MVGO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MVGO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MVGO on android.
