Customer service for LifeInCheckEBT is HORRIBLE. I was locked out of my account and after 4 days and sending my information twice my account was finally unlocked. I knew I would need to re-register well first it tells me I don’t have an account and to register but when I put in my information it tells me I already have an account and won’t let me register 🤬 I messaged customer service again with this and all I got in response was apparently the only auto reply they have to send them an email with the subject “locked” and my information and my account will be unlocked in two days so I still don’t have access to my account and no way to do so

My kids school sent out cards. I’m trying to set up 3 cards with LifeInCheckEBT . It only let me do one, with the other two it’s kicking me out of LifeInCheckEBT . Went to the website it allowed me to do one but the other one I had problems with.

How can you add another account if you have more than one child that gets the PEBT?! It’s only letting me add one an when clicking add a second account it keeps asking for social security number but it doesn’t go by their SC# it’s goes by student ID# an it won’t give that option! So how can you add another account to switch back and forth to check balances?

LifeInCheckEBT is horrible and there is no help. Since Lousiana switched to LifeInCheckEBT I have never been able to login to my account. When I enter my info it says it’s incorrect when I request new password it tells me my email is associated with another account. Most annoying app ever and emails never get replied so questions go unanswered.!

I installed this trying to activate my card and tried using the phone number sent with my card but neither one of them work and LifeInCheckEBT won’t verify me even though my brother got his to work and I’ve entered the information three times already and it just won’t work and it’s getting very frustrating so I’ll just wait and try again later

If I use the same login that is saved on my phone that I use on the website it says login failed on LifeInCheckEBT … locked out of account multiple times, sometimes it works. Nothing but a mess and it hasn’t been updated in almost a year.
I discovered the “Providers” app from another comment, WOW, way better! I don’t know why I was ever using this LifeInCheck app, lol.

This is really aggravating like why did I even have to bf o through everything to set it up for you now to not allow me in to check my cards amount? This is stupid.

I have had LifeInCheckEBT for several months and it works great. My balance is always up to date.

I tried to log into my account and it says that I’m locked out I don’t know what to do I can’t find the EBT thing in the for I could talk to somebody can you please help me

I have the iphone 11 pro max and I thought it was just a glitch error or something at first. So I deleted it and reinstalled. I am able to login fine, but I can’t click on the settings or the home button in LifeInCheckEBT . App works perfectly fine on my wife’s iphone!!

I’ve tried setting up a account and it said it was already registered which is false and if I go and sign in, it says i don’t even have an account. So all in all, LifeInCheckEBT is giving me the run around and I’ve tried calling the number on the back of the card and help from LifeInCheckEBT . Still NO HELP

App locks user out whenever it wants. No heLp link to sign back in. Definitely needs attention. Before this it was a decent app. Been locked out for 3 months now even deleted and reinstalled app still doesn’t allow to reset password or another way to sign in.

Was locked out my password is correct emailed help center no response emailed at least 10 times can’t reset password information is correct but the system says it’s incorrect will not allow me to login even with my correct password LifeInCheckEBT needs major help

LifeInCheckEBT has a whole lot of glitches & needs to be fixed asap. My snap letter said to download LifeInCheckEBT but it doesn’t work. It has me locked out my account. Try to retrieve my password it says it’s an error. UPDATE/FIX LifeInCheckEBT ASAP

Have tried several times, on LifeInCheckEBT and on the website. Try to create account and get the message..account is not found. Yes it's not found because in trying to create one!

Ok, so I was playing around with inputs and the SS# that ended up letting me register was actually the last four digits of my girl’s *local student id*, found in a parent portal, or the DCFS CAFE portal. Now the card is activated. But I had to find this out on my own.

Attempted to set LifeInCheckEBT up after speaking to a representative of the EBT program and LifeInCheckEBT DOESN’T WORK as they say it should. I even set up a new email address to try to work around this mess with no luck. Sent email to them and no response

Why can’t somebody make a decent app just to track purchases and balance?!? couldn’t even get registered and LifeInCheckEBT to work let alone use it

Home and Account buttons don’t work.
The only info you get is your balance and transactions list.

LifeInCheckEBT only allows one card to be entered. It will send you an error message every time you try to add multiple cards.

So what good is it?
