Frustrating
Customer service for this app is HORRIBLE. I was locked out of my account and after 4 days and sending my information twice my account was finally unlocked. I knew I would need to re-register well first it tells me I don’t have an account and to register but when I put in my information it tells me I already have an account and won’t let me register 🤬 I messaged customer service again with this and all I got in response was apparently the only auto reply they have to send them an email with the subject “locked” and my information and my account will be unlocked in two days so I still don’t have access to my account and no way to do so

Since they switched to this app I’ve never been able to get in acct
This app is horrible and there is no help. Since Lousiana switched to this app I have never been able to login to my account. When I enter my info it says it’s incorrect when I request new password it tells me my email is associated with another account. Most annoying app ever and emails never get replied so questions go unanswered.!

Can’t verify
I installed this trying to activate my card and tried using the phone number sent with my card but neither one of them work and the app won’t verify me even though my brother got his to work and I’ve entered the information three times already and it just won’t work and it’s getting very frustrating so I’ll just wait and try again later
