Podcast is submitted, synced with my email, and on the platform. I sign into Deezer , submit the podcast for analytics, get the email, confirm ownership, and Deezer provides no analytics. Just the option to “Add a Podcast” which I already did through Deezer . So I click the button, go to submit the podcast again, and Deezer tells me it’s already submitted. Yeah, I just submitted it. But no analytics are provided, just a screen saying, “Add a Podcast.”
Save your time.

Unfortunately, Deezer is useless. It doesn't even load. When it does happen to load, the interface is cumbersome and artist analytics are subpar. It's a good idea, but developers need to release a new version that loads properly on iphone, and provide more comprehensive stats.

Problems with the Music Creator portion:
Can’t reset password via app
Analytics only go back one year
The graph of my streams gives numbers that don’t match with the actual stream count
Can’t add multiple artists if you manage more than one music project
Doesn’t give any additional analytics besides number of listeners and streams, and audience (country, gender, and platform)
It’s very slow to load

Hello,
So happy that y’all have an app for artists now. It’s actually an improvement from backstage in my opinion. It would be amazing if on Deezer you can see the stats for all the songs together instead of just per song. Also, adding a city and age metric would be amazing as well.
