I got a free trial to use Deezer back in August and very quickly realized it doesn’t come close to Apple Music so I deleted Deezer . Before doing so I made sure to check my subscriptions to make sure my free trial doesn’t turn into a paid one, but I didn’t see anything so I thought I was all good. After months of having Deezer deleted I find out I’m somehow getting charged for this. I message customer support cause this cheap company doesn’t even have a phone service and they tell me they can’t do anything to refund me. They tell me I should’ve known to go to my this app account to cancel my subscription. I’m a college student who has been laid off from work facing a financial nightmare during this pandemic and they simply don’t care. THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE!! If a company doesn’t show sympathy in a time like this they’re simply MONSTERS. Thank you for taking money from a financially struggling student. Update, I spoke to customer service again after receiving a comment to my review that they care. They only refunded me one month. ONE MONTH! I’m sure they can check my account usage and see I haven’t touched the service since August but they only care enough for one month. Stay away from this MONEY HUNGRY APP, they don’t believe in customer service. I hope the money you stole from me was worth it! It would be nice to be able to speak to a higher up.

When streaming over Chromecast Audio, Deezer freezes. The music does continue to play new tunes, but Deezer still shows the first track. You have to manually close Deezer and restart and reconnect to be able to 1. see what is playing and 2. to skip the track playing.

The Google Home controls do not freeze and you can manually fast forward to the end and this is how you can change the track on this app, but this is stupid way to interact: you can add music you hear to a playlist, you can go back or do anything other than manually slide your finger and change to the next track. And, it doesn’t even show the full name of the song.

Fix Deezer . I have Hi-Fi subscription and consider canceling since I have been talking to this app support for 6 months now, but to no avail. They promised to fix the bug and keep breaking their promise!

I thought this app would finally be Deezer I could use, but nope. First of all, I thought the skips were for ads. NOT for the actual songs. I was trying to listen to LiSA but there were all sorts of different artists in a playlist for one of her album’s playlist that are only supposed to have HER songs. Not some other artists songs. The ads, app design and audio quality were the only things that were actually good about his app. AND when you want to listen to that certain song, and you don’t have enough “skips” then you simply can’t listen to it! You either listen to some song you’ve never heard before, or you listen to nothing. You need “premium” to listen to it. I know Deezer needs money, but it’s simply not very practical. I would have added ads every 2 songs Instead of 3, and used the skips to skip ads instead.

When I first got Deezer , much to the excitement of my cricket dealer, it was GREAT! Find a song. Play the song. Favorite, then download that song, and be able to listen to that song. But after maybe a week or two, all I can do is shuffle the songs that I’ve saved, or play a whole album etc. on top of that, whenever I turn the music off, and back on, and try and shuffle my favorites, it “shuffles” them back into the same order so I’m forced to listen to the same bunch of songs time after time. Definitely not going to be renewing my subscription. One good thing, might be good for long road trips, possibly discovering new music along the way, favoriting them for downloading on a different service that lets you choose which song you want to hear.

Since the demise of Google Play Music, we’ve been shopping around for a good music player app. this app has come highly recommended, but there’s one design flaw that I just can’t get around. I am home full time and like to stream my music to my TV or other player. When it finishes playing my selected album, it starts playing other, random music from the same or similar artists. Even if I set the album to repeat, it STILL plays other music and albums. I want it to stop playing all together over choosing music for me. If I want a radio station inspired by a specific artist, I’ll use Pandora. Because I am currently using a variety of players right now, I’ve also noticed this app is less intuitive than other platforms at finding music based on my search credentials. For example, if I want to listen to Christmas music from a certain artist, it will only bring up albums that specifically have “Christmas” in the album title, not all of their holiday music. Just today I wanted to listen to an album called “Christmastime” by Michael W Smith. I typed “Michael W Smith Christmas” in the search field and it wouldn’t bring up the album 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had to go through his albums to find it.

Deezer seems great, and the reviews do indeed seem promising. However, when I tried looking up a certain artist, what I was met with wasn’t the best. The discography was very inaccurate, showing an album by some band I wasn’t aware of, along with an old album that they were featured in. I looked through other users playlists, however, and I found some of the songs I was looking for. I tried using this method to track down more of the artists songs, but it didn’t quite work. I’m sure Deezer is helpful, but my experience wasn’t the best.

The interface looks quite nice though- Deezer might not have the artist I like, but they do have the uprising and popular ones, so even despite my experience, I do recommend Deezer to you.

When I downloaded Deezer, I was really happy because I could FINALLY be able to play music offline. I’m not sure how long I downloaded Deezer but now I have to get premium to be able to continue listening to music offline. Is anyone getting the same problem?? I logged in for this app Free and not other subscriptions. So then why do I need to get premium? I thought Deezer was free for listening offline and didn’t require to get premium if you wanted to.. Please fix this!. I’m sure that other people can’t pay a month for offline music. So please let everyone listen to music freely. Many people would rate this 5 stars if they could listen to music for free without getting premium. But hey, you don’t have to change it, just my opinion because I thought I finally found an app for me to play music offline since I don’t have internet when I’m out.

For the most part I love this app. It works very well. The only minor thing is I wish you could just download single songs instead of whole albums. My major complaint that bugs me is when your paying it says unlimited skips. Well the skips freeze and that gets me very frustrated. If that’s a tech prob it needs to get fixed. Don’t offer somn when ppl are paying and then not have it. I get very irritated when I basically have to restart my music and hit a diff shuffle button cause the skip freezes and think what the heck I’m paying for this. I would have given it four stars with a minor concern of single song downloads if not for the false skip advertisement as of now cause skip works so many times.

It’s nice you added the mini player to Deezer , but where’s the back button for it? I like to repeat a song sometimes and the mini player is pointless when it comes to that feature. It would be beneficial if there was a library for all your tracks to be in one spot. Even though all the songs in your albums can be shuffled, a library is nice when you want to delete a song you don’t like. Those are the main issues I have. Other than that I enjoy Deezer . I love that your able to put your playlists in alphabetical order if you like or any other kind of other you want. A huge plus!

At this point I am ready to get an mp3 player and do this myself, because no streaming service is doing it right. All I want is to view a library of artists whose songs I have saved in alphabetical order. When I select the artist all I want to see are the song I have saved, not all 15 of their albums. If I save 5 song by Anthrax, then I select anthrax from MY listed of artists whose songs I have saved, I would just like to see those five songs and be able to listen the them in a row. Y’know, like in the old days where you could listen to the music you wanted to listen to and not have everything else crammed down your throat? Yes, I miss that.

I really dislike the microphone in the middle of the picture, the lyrics idea it’s cool but the microphone really annoys me. If you could make the lyrics an option (on/off) it would be a lot better. Also I don’t know why you put an HQ on the left corner of every pic, I mean I think it’s unnecessary we already have the microphone in there.. also I wanted to say that if I go to the songs I’ve downloaded there is an option to organize them, so I’ve tried it but when I press “save” it just doesn’t save, the songs are in the order of download time. So, I think that’s an error that needs to be fixed.
If you could make the design of Deezer prettier that would be nice too.

I have gone through music app after music app that could allow me to relive all those years of enjoying yahoo music at its prime like I did as a kid. Though this app falls a little short on the sound quality compared to other apps, I love that when I choose an artist to listen to or chose a specific album to listen to and NOT get the “suggestions” to listen to other artists I. The middle of your moment this is quite literally the only app I’ve run into that did not force a agenda down my throat. The option to have other “like” artists is an option, but not the standard. The premium membership also allows you to have three devices connected. I’m keeping it and very pleased.

I had spent hours trying to find a free music app that did not require a subscription. When I found this app, I was thrilled. I looked at all the reviews and decided to try it out. It lets you do so many things. I like how it lets you pick your favorite artists. After using it for a couple days, I realized Deezer has a few minor problems. For instance, I hate how you only get 6 skips per hour. Also, I am pretty poor, and I don’t have much money to spend. With this app, it feels like it is only a good app if you get the subscription. There is one last problem that I had. It might just be me though. After I used this app for a while, my music stopped loading, and I wasn’t able to listen to anything. Is anyone else having the same problem? Overall it is not too bad of an app though.

The best streaming service out there! They pay the artists more than a lot of the others, have deeper cuts than the others, and you can stream at a much higher bit-rate than most services! Their artist curated playlists, and even the algorithm curated lists, are really great as well! As a musician with music on many platforms, this is the one I usually try to get people on board with over the past couple of years since I started getting into it, mostly so they can hear Montecore and Koalra in hi-fi if they don’t have the flacs downloaded from bandcamp or our vinyls/cd’s/tapes that are available at Gigantic Noise!

i’ve been using this app for 4-5 years and i can say that Deezer is good enough. i want to recommend some things to this app’s team. so:
1. the lyrics are available not on each composition. to be exact, it’s on popular songs only - not so good for people whose english is not their first language.
2. you got to add more tracks to Deezer environment, because sometimes there’s no songs that user’d like to listen to due to they are not popular enough, i guess. you’ve got to aim at the minorities of people whose music preferences are different and at musicians who has a small number of fans; it would make more people get and use your app daily.
3. you should delete the necessary mix mode of songs for free-users or, the best solution, let free-users pick the song they want to listen to and after their listening - turn the necessary mix mode on again. it would be not so convenient, but free-users would continue using your app.

this app is by far the best music app I’ve ever used, I’ve used the majority of the music apps available and Deezer has yet to disappoint me. Any song I look up...its there...obscure artists...there...from the oldest to the newest, I have yet to search for something and not be able to find it. Not only that, it plays what I want, when I want to hear it and lets me skip however many times I need to...no ads, no commercials, no interruptions! But the BEST part about this app, for me, it is the easiest music app to add a song to your overall “favorites” as well as individual playlists. Other music apps, even when you’ve paid to subscribe, seem to have way too much tech going on and not enough music available...this app Rocks!!

I’m a huge fan of this app and I have had both the paid version and the unpaid version and I am extremely happy with both!!! Yes I have a few less options without paid subscription but honestly I cannot complain because it’s by far the best music app I have it’s so easy to customize my playlist and it recognizes my musical tastes and plays music similar to what I love and because of it I have broadened my musical tastes like experiencing music from artists I have never heard of before but I love them!! Thanks so much for creating Deezer also 👍🏼👍🏼’s Way Up on the new logo look bop bop bop I’m lovin’ it!!

this app is a great turn out streaming station app I love it a lot sound is on the trails beautiful the base is great everything is great I don’t know how much a month it is I haven’t been able to see that I don’t want to push the wrong button’s but I wish they could email me or something give me the details of the plans but they have a wicked nice equalizer also but I’m not ready to pay by the month right now perfectly happy with everything I’ve got it but if I did I think I think a D3 might be in one of the good insulate I would recommend it and I’m an old classic rock professional and listen to classic rock for 15 years 5055 zero 55 years thanks for the opportunity appreciate it but I won’t be joining at this time I’m disabled and can’t afford the extra expense right now

Overall a great sounding streaming app!! Mostly every artist I searched for is on this app. Really simple to navigate. Gives you options to change sound quality for those who want to listen to music crystal clear or you can custom setup if you are using cellular data to a few setting that won’t use as much data. Good options for everyone really. Ok I have only one thing they could change but it’s just my opinion. I love dark mode! So if this app could add the option for dark mode for there general interface. It’s not bright white all the time tho. It does have nice colors on the song that you play that match the album cover in a nice way. I’m sure they are working on dark mode for IOS 13 anyways. So nothing really to complain about. Deezer works great and oh yeah, I like the flow setting too. Thanks Deez!!

Love everything about Deezer!! Unbelievable quality with high end headphones, beautiful colorful and easy to use app with awesome features, love being to fade out the music to blend the ends and beginnings of songs together, makes everything feel just that like you’re in ur own music world! 360 audio needs work but I got Deezer for the higher quality music and for how beautiful Deezer layout and everything is! Love the flow features and literally everything about Deezer! Can’t say good enough! My only pet peeve is if you choose the premium app and pay though Apple you have to wait 1 month until you can upgrade to this app hifi or make a new account witch takes time finding music again and getting everything back but other then that app is perfect!

I tried this app mainly because I sometimes give an lesser known product a chance. I believe that Deezer is just as good as the other services but why can’t I add a part of an album to my collection as opposed to the whole album? I have never encountered this on any other service so this is baffling to me.
When I tried the free version, I was only allowed 30 seconds of a song to listen to. Does this app really want to get people to use their service with that kind of preview? If it wasn’t for the 3 months for $ .99, I probably wouldn’t have bothered with this service. Either abandon the free app or just promote the 3 months for $ .99. The mandatory album has got to change

I love the flow feature. However it likes to play certain songs (not even “favorites”) over and over while never playing certain “favorites”. Flow also plays whatever I’ve listened to recently, but just because I like to workout to 90’s hip hop doesn’t mean I want that in my Flow. It would also be nice to have degrees of how much I like a song (current options are only Like, Dislike, or neutral by not rating); a 5 star scale or more would be helpful. I’m not sure if I can Like genres as a whole. It would also help to Dislike bands before they end up in my flow (or maybe I don’t know how).

Ok so when I got Deezer it was amazing I got to play the music I liked and loved just when a new update came? Deezer kinda changed, I put on shuffle play and it would play the music I liked , mostly music I didn’t know or dislike and I want Deezer to be just liked when I first downloaded it and I hate to say this but I actually uninstalled Deezer when that update came.
It kinda just ruined my music and I want the old version of Deezer again; can you please fix it?
It’s fine you don’t have to , I’m just here for my music that I wanna hear again.

Wow😯., you guys need to really heave these remarks! I’ve tried pretty much all of the other pay music stations, (pandora, Apple Music etc.). There’s absolutely none like this app! They give you full capabilities of controlling pretty much all aspects of your music and filtering. Five band adjustable equalizer, exquisite equalizer options, control how much bass, treble , and mid range that fits your style. Other music apps gives you merely options to turn these filters and enhancements on, this app gives you full potentiometers capabilities. Deezer is well worth your money. I give it 6.5 stars!🕺🏽💃🏼

Excellent music service. I would only like one more feature: it would be great if in the “Search” bar, when you search for a song, there are two options, one to search the entire this app app and another one to search your library. I would like this because whenever i look for a song that’s already on my music, it always takes long to find it because other results pop up. It would be easier if i could search songs only from my library. Besides that, it’s one of the best music services out there.

Dear developers, there are some issues with the 'heart' button. It's functional, I mean it adds a song to you favourites, but often while playing that song it doesn't show the status, it doesn't show whether it's in your favourites. It happens both while being online and offline. The same happens for a menu of lock screen. Please fix that if you're able to reproduce, otherwise feel free to contact me anytime.
