The improved “immersive” experience unfortunately sacrificed a lot of the depth of the music. A very limited selection of music was provided. From my listening the music sounded extremely thin and empty, too much processing of the original tracks. Disappointing for the price.

360 worked fine a couple months ago but now it won’t load at all, I just get “Something’s gone wrong - retry” when I try to use it. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted both iPad and iPhone, same message. Customer service seems to be clueless so far. 360 was one of the reasons I signed up for Deezer so I may consider dropping them.

It used to be that I had to start and close 360 a few times for it to eventually start. Now it simply will not start no matter how many times I restart or reinstall it (iOS14.6). The library of this app tracks was (since I can’t even get there anymore) disappointingly small but there were a few tracks there that I enjoyed in this app. Perhaps 360 should have an overhaul or should simply be discontinued if there isn’t going to be effort made to make function normally like the regular Deezer app. It’s literally pointless to have an app listed that don’t work at all anymore and will only reflect negatively on the service.

No search. not a large selection, I looked for about 10 different very popular bands and couldn’t find any of them would not recommend to any one. Glad I used the free trial and did not spend almost 20$ on this.

Unfortunately the processing results in a clearly downgraded audio and listening quality in most cases - music lost warmth and low end and sounded thin and tinny. Some spatial mixes were also distracting and gimmicky. I wouldn’t listen these processed tracks even for free - and this service is $19,90\month with a very limited song/artist selection.

As context: I really wanted this to work, so I got the required $19,90/month subscription to test this. I have compatible Sony’s WH-1000XM3 headphones with analyzed ear shapes and optimizations active. I actively listened for couple of days, comparing original mastering and this app enhanced for several songs.

I got me a pair of Sony earphones (sounds amazing) but I was supposed to have a 3 month free trail....for one how am I to set up an account from 360 ??? Really so I have to dig and go out of my way to get an account even if I was to pay for it...no thinks...if they want my time and or money...come to me...I won’t come to you.

I have both Deezer Hi-Fi and Tidal Master that I used with a Sony XM4.

Deezer application is a real disappointment.
Instead of having only one app like Tidal they separate the this app part, a non sense ! Where is your common sense people?!

But the worst part, this application looks more like a demo application than a real music app. Not search function at all, you heard me, nothing.
A selection section full of playlists and an artists sectionnin alphabetical order. Good to scroll millions of artists to find the one you want. Pathetic!

To summarize, if you like the this app sound I will strongly suggest you check Tidal.

Love Deezer, Ive used their HIFI setup for about 2 years now but HATE the this app app, very gimmicky and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Music in this app doesn’t sound that good, (use Sony XM4’s) to me it’s a complete waste, and poorly executed. Needs to be reworked from the ground up. Please Deezer, do something about 360 and don’t let it rot with poor reviews and unhappy customers.. you guys are capable of so much more than this!

I see reviews from over a year ago saying that you there’s no search function. I’m using 360 in August of 2021 and that’s still true. That’s the most fundamentally basic feature of any app.

Aside from that the selection of artists to choose from is small, and the hifi feature really isn’t that noticeable. There is no reason to use 360 over any of its competitors.

If you have Sony the sony WH-1000xm4 or any other headphone that you would like to try and optimize through 360…just don’t. The steps are super complicated and you’ll find yourself signing up for a free trial that you’ll have to remember to cancel 3 months down the line all because 360 and it’s features have absolutely nothing to offer as far as actual value is concerned

Login to the website and try to find a place to cancel your subscription. Follow the steps on their support page, I challenge you. Getting out of this horrible subscription is a nightmare. I implore you, don’t waste your time with 360.

For starters, you can’t search songs so that’s a negative and you have no way of separating this app songs. Plus, most songs aren’t this app which I understand as the process for a song is difficult I’m sure. That said, it feels as though 360 is designated primarily for this app when it’s really not. The this app sounds good but really awful app I’m sure Deezer doesn’t pay much attention too.

I had high hopes for this ap. It won’t even load now, even after deleting and downloading again. Seems a bit buggy. I use the other deezer all the time and love it.

If y’all could take the regular Deezer app, and make this app look like it, it would be great. Love the audio on my headphones that support this app but no search, no dark feature, no filters or organization, it’s problematic and hard to use. Lowers the value of the HiFi subscription.

It’s a really interesting experience that will take you a minute to get used to it. Not sure if I prefer it over listening to “Normal” music. But I definitely enjoyed it after I listened to a couple of songs. The selection of music is very limited. At this moment I don’t believe it’s worth paying for the premium subscription. However the three months free trial makes it easy to recommend it for people to try. I hope more songs will be added in the future.

360 has had no bugs for me so far and the music sounds phenomenal with the WH-1000XM3s this app audio optimized for 360 .

Anyone negatively or positively reviewing 360 should do others the courtesy of explaining the process they went through to test out the technology.

I have a pair of new Sony noise canceling headphones. These headphones came with an app (free to download), called Headphone Connect.
360 allowed me to take photographs of my ears to build a better hearing profile customized to the shape of my ears and head.

When used I conjunction with the Deezer by this app app, it provides an optimized experience for a user.

360RA is a new and unique way to experience music.
Check it out, allow the technology to speak for itself.

Personally, I’m Impressed.

Took me a bit to appreciate what was happenings I’m used to stereo sound. So at first I did not like the volume, then I realized it was the spacial/physical volume I was noticing. Then I started to understand i actually experience like being in the garage or studio with guy over there and another guy over there. Good tech and experience today, looking forward to how artist expand on it in the future too.

I registered for premium free trial but still 360 says I don’t have premium account. I can’t listen to this app music on my Sony.

There is no search feature. And you can NOT chose how things are in order. So if you have a lot of music like i do good luck. Especially if there are multiple artist in the teach as then I don’t know which I’m searching for if .... IF I can remember them all anyways. So like for me, right now, I wanted to hear a song. Tho I’m pressed for time. Soooooo nope. Just screwed cause I can not be afforded the responsibility to write a word and search for my track. Tho thankfully I went to tidal who also uses this technology and right this second I’m jamming the song I wanted while I tell you how stupid 360 is.
