OK FOLKS PLEASE READ!!! I called the stealth cam support and one minute or so they answered and I told the WOMAN that answered that when I turned my camera on when I first got it let it do it’s load up and pressed synced and walked away for the first maybe 10 notifications it would stop.. and sometimes it will go 2 or 3 day stop and to turn off camera at the woods and turn back on and it would flash all 3 lights which were loading all my photos to my app which my app haven’t received yet sometimes 45 mins standing in the woods!!!!!! But here your answer SHE SAID O NO NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY I SAID I THOUGHT SO… SHE SAID GO TO YHE CAMERA IN THE WOODS OPEN THE CAMERA TURN IT OFF. PULL YHE BATTERIES OUT UNSCREW THE ANTENNA OFF AND THE LOOK BETWEEN THE HIENG ON THE CAMERA ON THE INSIDE OF THE HIENG ON THE CAMERA ON ITS SIDE THERES A GREEN PIECE OF TAPE.. it will be same same color as your camera PILL TAPE OFF THERES A SIMS CARD THERE PRESS IT IN TO UNLOCK IT PULL OUT SOME BUT NOT ALL THE WAY OUT.. and SD CARD PULL IT OUT HALF WAY… FINAL STEPP WAIT 60 SECONDS THE PRESS THE SIMS CARD BACK IN THEN THE ANTENNA THEN THE SD CARD THEN BATTERIES THEN TURN ON AND YOU WILL BE ONE HAPPY PERSON!!!! 🙏

As I suspected

Do not opt to save high resolution images/videos because you’ll never get them. You have to pay extra, so just burn that money right away. Also, when you try to save the “free” standard resolution images/video they do not show up on your phone. For instance, if you have the camera setup for video, it will show you 3 images as a preview. You can download the whole video for a price. However, if you want those 3 images (preview) they appear as black images when you save them. So, you have to take screenshots. Typical trailcam company. Selling garbage products that have potential but they won’t spend time/money fixing problems or developing apps. They have plenty of time to push out a dozen crap cameras but not enough money to make one work. This has been state of trail cameras since they were introduced decades ago. Save your money and imagine what interesting animals you have on your property.

Hope you don’t have issues with camera

I love these cameras - when they work. I’ve had 2 older ones that never had an issue, one that’s a year newer that, after 10 days, quit receiving cell service. If you have to call customer service you better set aside. Few hours. My average hold time before i was able to talk to someone was an hour 15 minutes. Then they try to solve the issue over the phone - when that doesn’t work they gotta put in requests. Blah blah blah. Going the proper route I had to call 6 different occasions with just about 8 hours of phone time - got approved for a warranty service and sent my old one in - it’s been almost a month now and still haven’t gotten the new one. Said it was shipped 10 days ago. Email doesn’t work as well as the website chat. The customer service alone makes me regret ever buying these cameras.

Review after a year of use

There are a lot of really bad reviews about these cameras and COMMANDPRO. After having two cameras and COMMANDPRO for over a year now I have honestly had very little trouble out of COMMANDPRO and none out of the camera. Definitely worth the money I’ve spent. Yes they routinely do an update once every couple of months but you only lose the service for a few hours in the middle of the night and all your picture still come to COMMANDPRO after they are done updating. I have no idea why people trash COMMANDPRO like they do.

DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE BRAND

Biggest piece of garbage ever & the ridiculous charge to save photos when it has an SD card. Absolute garbage & never even came up on my phone to view. I have AT&T with full LTE bars or service but yet can’t view my camera. Had no problem with SpyPoint until someone stole it but I’ll be returning this immediately & going back to buy the camera I had which was $150 & this was $100 but this Muddy brand is just garbage & I don’t recommend anyone buying this brand unless you have time to waste & you enjoy headaches , oh yeah don’t forget the money you’ll basically throw away but eventually get back. Extremely upset & if I could give zero stars it would of received that cuz 1 star is honestly too much & it really don’t deserve that.

App freezes

App worked okay for about 3 months. It now freezes when there is new activity. Just spins when you click to open photos. Sometimes have to delete app and reinstall 3 or 4 times per day just to view. I have updated recently. Not sure if that caused the problem or not. Enjoy looking at photos, but it is getting old having to delete and reinstall daily. One would think there would be an easy fix from a development standpoint.

Download HD Video

Edit: COMMANDPRO isn’t even compatible with IOS photos… The three photos they send on the videos (that I can’t get) doesn’t load but a blank pic. You have to save it to files, then text it to yourself…

Well out of the 4 Reactors I have none will send full video or HD pics when requested. But they’ll sure charge you for them. I have their Muddy version of the reactor and it does send them. GL getting them to respond as well. They completely ignore all inquiries sent by email. They must have a rule to send all inquiries to their deleted folder. Also, if you call expect to wait 3 hours or more.

Trash camera system and customer service

Don’t waste your time or money with these cameras, they go down for “maintenance” very frequently. Customer service is beyond poor, staff is very rude and half don’t even know how to do there job. Cameras haven’t worked in almost two months bit when you call they say let me transfer you to technical dept and they hang up on you every time. Don’t waste your time or kk eh with these trash cameras!!
Will be throwing all 19 of my cameras in the trash after this last run in with there crappy system and crappy customer service!!

Peak of the rut now the app stops working

Had high hopes for muddy coming from SPYPOINT. Went through ten SPYPOINT cameras in two years cameras would just stop working and customer service always had an excuse. So switch to muddy in sept. All went well until peak of the rut, when I need the cameras the most. COMMANDPRO keeps timing out, currently have 30 pictures from overnight on three cameras in the hardwoods I cannot view. If one of these camera companies ever gets their stuff together they really could make a killing! I guess time to try another brand. This is getting expensive

Could be better

App has potential but just doesn’t seem to get the love it needs. Have to close and reopen app everytime I get new pictures because they won’t load for some reason. There’s a high resolution button that you can accidentally click that will charge you 5c per image when you hit it. Kind of annoying but oh well. Does what I need it to do for the most part.

Muddy - ATW V4 cellular game camera and app.

COMMANDPRO work good for the first few days and now when there’s new photos or action you click on COMMANDPRO and it freezes up it just spins and spins and spins you have to delete COMMANDPRO and reload it to look at your pictures I’ve only had it for a week now and it’s worse than anything I could ever imagine on a cellular game camera.I have two cameras on COMMANDPRO and I’m fixing to take them down and go get my money back it’s pathetic the cameras take pretty good pictures but COMMANDPRO doesn’t support them🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Average

App isn’t the best. It doesn’t ever let me remote sync even though it’s “supposed” to be a feature. Wiping an SD card from COMMANDPRO takes FOREVER. Selecting photos to delete from COMMANDPRO itself is tedious. It locks up if you select more than about 10 at a time.
The cameras themselves are ok. They don’t take the best pics but I got them on sale for pretty cheap so… get what you pay for. They’re ok, not great.

Love the night time color AI feature and all the bugs that were worked out. Been flawless couple days and easy transition from being a previous user.

Great Idea, Poor Execution

First off, I love the idea. This makes cellular cameras so much better just being able to check COMMANDPRO . However, VERY frequently COMMANDPRO won’t refresh unless you force close the program and restart. That’s not a huge deal, but now I can’t even get COMMANDPRO to open. So I have to drive two hours to my camp to try and figure out what’s going on with these cameras. Get this stuff figured out for the customers who paid money to use these cellular cameras.

Update Fixed Bugs!

I’ve been using the Fusion Wireless trail cam with COMMANDPRO for over 6 months and I’m super pleased with pricing, quality, and the updates they’ve made to COMMANDPRO (which fixed the initial bugs). Would definitely recommend!

Great App

Love the functionality of COMMANDPRO! Not only is it great for viewing photos but you can really dissect game movement on your farms. I love the custom tagging feature and having the ability to turn night photos to colored photos with the night color AI feature!

Mediocre at best

Does ok on my Droid phone but locks up constantly on my iPad which is what I would rather use for looking at pics. I have had it 3 weeks and have deleted and reloaded app about 7 times already because it is just frozen screen. Aggravating to the point I just bought competition to see how it works and will most likely sell these. SMH

Best Cell Cam In The Game

Between COMMANDPRO and the cameras I’ve had no issues. I own 5 all first gen fusions and one reactor and they are hard to beat! I don’t know why so many folks are trashing COMMANDPRO, I don’t think there are many more brands that operate this smoothly.

Terrible right out of the gate

I will preface this by saying I have emailed “customer support” 3 times with no response. I have followed all the directions, I have made sure all the correct lights blinked at the correct time indicating all was well, and I can actually hear the camera clicking when I walk in front of it. However, after 5 days of waiting, not one photo has appeared on my app. Frustrating. I regret purchasing this system.

Unreliable

I have only had this camera and app for two weeks and it is already malfunctioning. The camera is working and I am getting new picture notifications, but COMMANDPRO is saying it cannot connect to the network. I have plenty of cell service and all of my other apps are working fine. This is a Stealth app issue.

Was working great...

As of midday today it just spins. No matter the device. I’m giving them until morning or I’ll return the cam and GSM will be dead to me like spypoint.

I will say, at least spypoint answered the phone and apologized for not being able to identify why their product didn’t work. GSM just plays a very annoying recording over and over stating you’re just 16 minutes from speaking to someone!

Update: I received an email that stated their app temporarily lost use with iOS. It is functional now. For the inconvenience I was credited $10. Thanks for making this right! FWIW, when operational I enjoy this setup more than Covert (which I use regularly as well).

Satisfied

I purchased 2 of these cameras. Both were easy to set up and app has been working flawlessly. I am however not impressed with picture quality. I tried experimenting with the different megapixel settings and it didn’t make much difference. I haven’t used the video yet so I can’t say what the quality is on that. I got these cameras with the 30 percent Mother’s Day discount. For that price I am satisfied but I would have been really disappointed if I had paid full price with the lackluster picture quality.

Same issues as other reviews

After getting everything set up I am mediately noticed the pictures did not transmit instantaneously. Sometimes I would have to open COMMANDPRO and click on upload to get it to upload some images which should’ve already been automatically downloaded. Now the screen is stuck saying it is fetching device details. Got this because it was advertised to have twice the megapixels as my spy point micro. The picture quality is actually worse than my SPYPOINT LINK COMMANDPRO is definitely not as functional. I will be returning as soon as I can get back into the woods to retrieve it! I have the manifest model which I purchased in June 2020

The camera is not transmitting the photos to my phone

First time using this I’m having trouble with my stealth cam not transmitting to my phone automatically it takes forever to transfer and the photo quality is junk and the width of the Len of the camera is small and it’s not full photo I want it to be and I’m trying to get the camera focused on the whole deer and the camera takes pictures funny like it’s facing down on the ground instead facing the whole field it’s really annoying I’m taking the trail camera back to the store where I bought it spypoint is a lot better than this junk.

Had my camera less than two weeks. Have had to uninstall and reinstall COMMANDPRO twice now. It sometimes just crashes randomly. Pictures were not sending to COMMANDPRO . I would have to drag down COMMANDPRO several times to get the pictures to load. COMMANDPRO has been down all morning today, so again can’t check my photos. It did work well for about three days. Takes a decent picture and the price was right. Kinda thinking they were price that way for a reason...

Everything was working good for about a week. Yesterday COMMANDPRO stated that it’s gathering camera information and just spins. I deleted app and reinstalled and still doing the same thing.

The developer was quick to respond and the updated app is working great. I would highly recommend this camera and app.

Hit or miss

Was working pretty good, I’m not getting as many pics as I do with a wild game cam but I don’t have to go to the woods to check this one. My free trial was up this morning and I was charged for the plan I selected. Now COMMANDPRO won’t even load on my iPhone or iPad and I get “request failed. Please check you’re network and try again after sometime.” I was considering buying a second cam but if this is how COMMANDPRO is gonna work after the free trial I’m looking elsewhere......

Changed the game with simplicity

I have tried a few different wireless cameras including stealth cams earlier model. The new Fusion is the easiest I have ever used by far ! Usually I am frustrated setting up cell cameras and trying to get them hooked up. You guys finally went with the kiss method . Thanks !

Best Cell Cam App EVER!!!

This is by far the best and easiest cell cam application I’ve ever used, ha da down! Stealth Cam has really outdone themselves with this set up! I never cared for cell cams all that much but now I will never use anything else! Thank you to stealth cam for identifying a problem and finding a solution to it!

Bugs everywhere on iOS

COMMANDPRO would be great if it would stop timing out or telling me the network is down. It will just spin and load and continue to spin till it tells you to check your network connection — my network connection seems to work well with all the other apps on my phone. This one needs some help — when it does work — it’s pretty great.

Very disappointed

Just bought camera last week. Put it up Friday. Had a few few pics over the weekend but seems to sync very intermittently, even when connected to WiFi. Hasn’t synced in 3 days now. I have downloaded the new app. I like how easy it is to set up, but I will be returning the camera this week if it doesn’t change. It’s no use in having a cellular camera if it doesn’t sync

Spy Not!

It’s so frustrating when you are registering something so you can use it and the confirmation email never comes and you can’t complete the set up or even use the $100 device you purchased. I’m not sure how investing time and money to make a product work properly doesn’t out way the loss in revenue from a bunch of 1 star reviews....anybody????

Junk camera, and junk app. The picture quality is awful when and if you even receive the pictures from the camera. I have had it less than a week and now I can’t even open COMMANDPRO because it is frozen. I will be getting rid of the camera and switching to browning.

Bought this at CostCo. Found during the setup that I was missing the SIM cards to be able to activate the camera. Have sent two emails to support. No response. Called, and spent about half an hour waiting to get answered. Will be taking this back to CostCo tomorrow. I do not have time to waste dealing with these INFERIOR products or companies. Found this company is based out of Texas. From now on, I will not trust anyone from Texas!

If you live outside the United States, do not buy this product!!! I bought this camera, after a day of taking a few pictures it stopped. "Support" told me: and get this: - "your region is unsupported, sorry about the inconvenience" What the f? Why are you selling your product in an unsupported country in the first place??? The app is junk. Will not send pictures. App shows camera is on when I have it in my hand turned off. Takes pictures while setting up and transmits but after that nothing. And card has pictures that won’t transmit unless I am right next to camera. Shows it has full service and full battery and have updated but still won’t transmit. Wouldn’t buy again.

I received an Email from Stealth Cam August 12th. that informed me that my account was suspended for non payment. My account is not due until the 26th. I logged on to Stealth cam, payed the bill, cameras now show active, but haven't uploaded any pictures sine August 12th. I tried Emailing, got a note saying the Email address was not accepting any more E mails. I've tried calling for days now. Either a busy signal, or on hold for so long, I just hang up. No call back option. This really sucks.

Charged $75 fee yesterday when I deactivated in February as it is not even hunting season here. I was getting charged $15 a month before I deactivated and stop using in February. I did not authorized or agree to this charge of $75 when the camera has not even been used. If the account was even reactivated by accident why would I be charged for 5 months of no service. This is a shady company.

Just got these cams and I set them up and they won’t connect to the network. Called customer service and waited for a good 30 minutes or better before I was connected and they said what cellular carrier cams did you get I answered Verizon Oo there down right now I got your number it’s blah blah blah and I will call you in two hours to check up with you and see if they connected. Well 10 hours later no call and no connect to the network. And just a lot of bad reviews. What happened to good ole America? Everything is gone down but the prices of crap! Hope this company goes out of business.

They emailed me back and said their servers are down and it isn't allowing access to the app or website. Also some cameras are turning red on the network or account light and not sending pics. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time when the problem will be fixed. This is at 10 am on 11-21-20

There’s nothing wrong with my camera I just have a few questions about the app. A few days ago I tried to get on it and it kept loading and loading and eventually timed out. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. Each time I tried to log back in it kept timing out saying there was an error. Then I tried to log in online and it did the same thing. As of Nov. 20th 2020 my app just says “connecting” when I try and open it, after about a minute it says it can’t connect and crashed a couple times too. I have good service and use Verizon, so it’s not my phone. Worked great for about a month and a half, and now after reading the rest of the reviews I’m disappointed. Camera its self is nice, good images (model: Muddy MID-VRZ V2/Manifest) Just disappointed in the app.

After working flawlessly for 4 days, the camera stopped transmitting pictures. Then I got this message when I tried to download images “please check your network and try again after sometime.” This is all I get when trying to open the app. I have a good WiFi connection and all my other apps work. I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. So frustrating, please help.

App worked for 1 day after setting up and now nothing. Open the app and it just spins and tells me Network failed. My network is fine with all other apps. Very disappointed in this set up. Only the most important time for a hunter. Opening day and the day before the app crashes. Great job by your company. Don’t see your sales increasing with these types of issues

Very disappointed im on my second camera due to the first one being bad straight out of the box. Second one was working good now the app wont open and the camera wont work gives one green light and one red which i know my signal is good and i have an account with a card on it to make the payments. Terrible customer service and its only monday-friday you can talk to someone and thats if you have an hour to be on hold. Hunting is one of the biggest sports and these cameras will be used year around get your stuff together muddy and stealth cam or you will not make it in this competitive market you have something that could be really awesome. Please get this taken care of and reach out to all your hunters your letting down.

As of 2 days ago your app stopped working. I deleted the app then redownload it but it still won't let me sign in. Just a spinning wheel for about 30 seconds then says there's issues and to try again later.

Terrible $400 mistake 2 fusion cams and solar charger. If you have a lot of money see for yourself if not save yourself the trouble. Total failure except for use as a regular camera to pull cards. Even used a a regular camera they will only trigger very close with you waving you arms.

Purchased two fusion cams and 1 solar panel charger. Total waste of about $400. The cameras absolutely do not trigger at even half the stated range of 80 feet most of the time with me waving at them. One camera transmitted a few pictures for one day. then none thereafter. The other transmitted a few pictures during setup the nothing since. The app has not worked in two days now despite Uninstall and reinstall multiple times. It is no longer possible to even log in and cancel my unlimited subscription. I'm not even able to get help to cancel through phone at gsm outdoors. I'm only writing this review to save others the trouble of having to cancel your debit card and apply for a new one t cancel a service that does not even work.

Please never buy this camera. I had it for about 3 months and it worked, but now the Command App just tells me, Request failed. Please check your network and try again after sometime. My network is working fine and so is the cell service. Do not buy this camera! It is JUNK!

It would be terrific if the dag um app that I pay for was working on the opening day of rifle season. This is plum ridiculous. Keeps saying try again later and that my connection is bad, which is very untrue. Everything else is working just fine!!

Deer season opens in the morning and I am trying to decide where to hunt !! A camera and an app the works would really be great!!! I have 7 of the junky things. I have muddy blinds , cameras , chairs , etc etc... you wait all year for this day and the most important day of the hunting season and these junky things quit again !!!! If this doesn’t get resolved quickly I will never buy another thing with the word muddy on it again. The last time I called for support I got a charge on my bill for tech support which they were supposed to take off and never did. Support is terrible thus far. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and I’m very disappointed with the support and appreciation for the business. The cameras have been down about as much as they work. I will be talking to my local sporting goods store and letting them know about my experience with your service and products. I do a great deal of business with them and recommend to them a lot of things to order but these will not be one of them. I am one VERY VERY unhappy customer.

Worked ok for 4 days..had to delete app twice and now hasn’t sent pics all day. Day before season starts..no point in having/paying for cellular cam that only works like an old school cam. Very disappointed

The app and online both quit working. When I try to log in on the app it just spins then says connection failed. Check your network then try again after sometime. When I try the website it won’t even try to log in. This is the hot time in deer season and I can’t even get pictures.

My camera took photos at 2:00 today while I was in front of it and has worked well for the one week I’ve had it in. I deleted the photo of me and now I can’t open the app or see any new photos. Deer season is approaching and I’d really like to see photos. Why won’t the app connect and work. I’m paying a fee for the service and expect it to work. Please advise

I sit and watch birds, squirrel, and raccoon walk in front of the camera and it never snaps a picture. 10 minutes later a picture snaps of nothing there. I can't give a good review.

When i downloaded the software update, I followed all of the instructions and when told to remove the battery, wait 10 seconds and replace, it totally shut down the camera and will not restart. I tried new batteries, to no avail. I think the update fried my camera! I have called into customer service numerous times and have sat on hold forever with NO response.

1. While in treestand, have seen multiple deer step right in front of camera with no pic taken 2. Sends pics late... sometimes hours later 3. Pic quality not the best despite megapixels 4. Customer service is horrible... you’ll be on hold forever

This camera sucks only takes pictures when it feels like it then stop taking pictures so I removed the camera off the app and resync it now it tells me I don’t have an active account and is no longer in use 15 dollars a month what a waste of money 180 for camera plus monthly bill I’m guessing that I will not purchase again in less there is great improvements

Bought this on Thursday, set it up, no problems. Worked for 24 hours, then quit sending to my phone. I’ve re sync the thing, pulled Bart and re started the thing all to no avail. Will return it to Atwood’s on Monday. It’s still taking pictures via the SIM card, but if won’t send to my phone, then it’s way overpriced. Not to mention the 20.00 a month I’ll have to pay for it not to send it to my phone.

I just recently switch from the remote app to the command app.. I never had a problem with the remote app . For some reason when I have the function on instant it’s not sending pictures even when I’m standing in front of the camera. I’m not receiving the picture.. and the upload time doesn’t have an off or( 0 ) you must set a time. On the time is when you receive all the pictures

Can’t get app to redownload it will only sit and spin the camera was doing a pretty decent job of pictures but when I went to move the camera from one location to another it started taking just black pictures.

This camera is terrible. I bought it for my sons birthday and it has been such a disappointment. The customer service at stealth cam is absolutely awful. I can’t reveal get a returned phone call or email. The picture quality goes from being way too sharp like hdr but yet you still can’t see the details of the picture or goes to being way too be bright. Complete waste of money!
