I absolutely love ArrangeUs so much. It has been such a helpful tool this year when teaching my choreography because I can show the students exactly what the formations should like in real time with the music.

Some features I would love to see in the future:

1. It would be nice to be able to be able to customize a pathway if you want the dancers to take round-about way to get to the next formation.

2. I am currently using my iPad to use ArrangeUs but my phone is a droid and my work computer is a windows computer. It would be nice to see ArrangeUs available to non-apple products as well as compatible with each other so you could access your choreography from any device.

3. I would love to be able to select groups of dots easier rather than clicking on each individual dancer dot one at a time. Sometimes my finger misses one of the last dots and unselects all of them and then I have to start all over.

I love, love, love ArrangeUs! As the captain of a dance team, it has been something I’ve been searching for for years now! I love how much you can customize your dancers and the stage layout, as well as how you can add notes to your slides!

The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because I find the music syncing feature a bit challenging to use. A lot of time when I try to customize the transitions, it’ll move the entirety of track and ruin all of the previous formations I’ve synced.
Also, I would love to be able to download a PDF file of the transitions; however, each time I click the button, it crashed ArrangeUs (on iPhone).

I am LOVING ArrangeUs, however I’m having trouble in my free trial with the music sync up not staying consistent. I will match the formations to my song and it will all be correct and then later I’ll come back to the song & formations and it will be completely off. Is this user error or is there something I can do to fix it? thank you for inventing this! It needed to exist 😍❤️

this app still has a couple of things that can be improved in terms of sharing and working on choreography with my team, but when I email the company, they are very forward thinking and respond right away. I’m looking forward to the new update. I love this company. ArrangeUs is straightforward and easy to use. 5 stars:)

ArrangeUs is super helpful in creating routines however I can’t seem to find the Play ▶️ feature or maybe that is something you can add to app to actually watch the routine from beging to end. That would be super helpful rather than trying to click on each part of the routine individually.

I wanted to duplicate a formation that was going to be reused in a different part of the song but I wasn’t able to edit the order of the slides after duplicating it unfortunately. Please add this feature to the free version as it’s a simple editing feature!! 🫶🏽

I did figure out another useful way to use it though, I duplicate formations to add in between transition details and notes

I love ArrangeUs!
However I recently got a new device to use ArrangeUs on and I couldn’t figure out a way to transfer my dances over. If there could be a way to make an account to save data to so there’s a backup of our storage for long term projects that would be amazing!

I use ArrangeUs to write drill for my indoor color guard and it’s made my life as a new instructor so easy. One thing I would love to see is the ability to add props to the floor to complete the picture and make it easier to visualize. For right now adding a cluster of dots mostly does the trick for me. Highly recommend!

I teach dance for a living and ArrangeUs has been an absolutely dream to use. Any bugs I found were incredibly minor and when I messaged them on instagram we had a full conversation on what they are working on, what they plan to fix, and what they plan to add. SUPER impressed!

I like that we can share choreography now but I wish we can work on them at the same time like Google docs. It would be helpful for me and my other coaches to collaborate and move people around together.

ArrangeUs is fantastic! It solved traffic problems and makes it easy to watch movement when choreographing from out of the studio. Just wish I was able to have more choreos at once. I have 17 group dances this season and wish I could make a tab for every one of them.

I like ArrangeUs so far but only giving 4 stars as it cannot sync across all devices (iPad, iPhone, iMac). I do not carry my iPad (or sometimes forget it) all the time and when I’m on my iPhone, the images are small. Please make it syncable on all devices for the premium price.

ArrangeUs is incredible. So convenient, user friendly, and satisfying. I am so grateful to have found ArrangeUs and recommend it for all! Big big help!

ArrangeUs has made my life easier as a color guard instructor!!! However, I feel like there should be an option to add more than one soundtrack :)

Bro, does what I need it to do? I’m doing a showcase and for the first time I’m the one running rehearsals, the choreography and blah blah blah, etc. Lol that being said, this is an awesome tool to help me with my creative process. 🙏🏾🙌🏾

I love ArrangeUs. If it had the ability to share arrangements on different devices without having to update both that would be even more awesome.

So easy to figure out traffic patterns to create less chaos. Also helps that the kids can see the movement. Love this!

Great for arranging my dancers. I have six works of choreography in app on my iPad and it no longer wants me to add any new works. It wants me to upgrade to premium every time.

Is six the limit to being free?

ArrangeUs is so well crafted with multiple quality of life features. It’s clear that a lot of work and passion was put into creating it. As a cheer coach it helped me so much not only in brainstorming and organizing the routines, but also in giving my athletes a clear visual representation of their formations. Appreciate the effort that was put into it.

My only feedback is that it’d be great to have a way to change the grid size (I haven’t found it) and a way to save the routines in a cloud service for sharing with different devices.

I’ve been using ArrangeUs for a year now and it is a game changer! I assist and teach dance classes and it has made it so much easier being able to show the kids what I want the formations to look like and see the different groups I want based on what color dot they are. The only thing I wish I could do is give pathways of how I want the dancers to travel so there’s no confusion on their end especially when choreographing for much larger and younger groups. But overall I love it and I recommend it all the time.

First off, keep doing what you’re doing! You are helping so many choreographers and directors out there. I would like to say, I think an enhancement where I we could create accounts to allow an upload of our project to your servers so when I switch between my phone and iPad I can make quick changes without having to export and reimport.

I love ArrangeUs but I can’t figure out how to share our transitions with my team. Though it says compatible wit iOS….All I get is a picture of ArrangeUs when trying to share the choreography. our
The option was a PDF or Arrange Us file. I chose the Arrange Us file thinking my team could see the dots moving into position like I could… but the attachment doesn’t open or show anything. Am I doing something wrong?

I love ArrangeUs. I teach dance, show choir and musicals- so it gets used daily. My biggest need is the ability to make where set pieces might go. For example show choir dances on two levels of risers, and currently there is no way to indicate that dancers should be on a platform or on the floor. If it had that function it would be a five star app for sure!

ArrangeUs really is amazing and has been very beneficial ! I’m a ColorGuard instructor and this is a life saver for the winter programs. I put 4/5 stars though because it is a little hard to time the music with it. My main problem is that it shifts all the timings when correcting one of the earlier ones. Besides that, it is wonderful. Thank you !

ArrangeUs takes a bit to get the hang of. I kept accidentally deleting entire formations. Or moving the wrong dots. Once I figure it out, however, it became a great tool for helping me visually see where each “girl” was going during transitions. The visuals truly helped me clean up all of our routine’s transitions to make them smooth!

I really like ArrangeUs . I use it for my dance team formations. And it’s been helping us. What I wanted to suggest is adding dance videos to it so for those of us doing dance covers and are following the formations in mirror mode it‘ll help us a lot! But overall this is a great app and would continue to use it! Thanks!

I love ArrangeUs! My boss recommended it to me and it’s so helpful for larger groups and major formation changes. It’s definitely worth paying the monthly price. My students love it too and can reference it if they need to remember their spots. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Love ArrangeUs! It’s helped me so much as I choreograph more than one routine at a time. Game day cheer and all star cheer. Helps with having multiple groups. I mostly use it on my gym ipad because it doesn’t allow you to create an account. I wish it was shareable to the iPhones as well, so you could access it from everywhere! I wish it also played it in video form as well sometimes too so you could see the whole flow of everything. Maybe a notes section to put choreo notes!

I have been using ArrangeUs for about a year now, and it has been a great tool. However, whenever I try to share my choreography with somebody through the this app file through iMessages, it doesn’t work as nobody can open the file and it doesn’t go to ArrangeUs . The pdf function works fine though.

I bought ArrangeUs and is excellent however, I can’t find the way to log out in case I wanted to use it in a different device, also doesn’t have a why to set up my email, as i been trying to contact you but doesn’t let me send you an email because is asking me to set up my email, but it doesn’t has any section where I can set up my account.

Let me first say I absolutely love ArrangeUs, and they make great changes to it all the time! I use ArrangeUs mainly for showchoir and Musicals. I am a musical theater major so it’s great for me to be able to use in blocking my shows especially when I am a swing. But I also am a Show choir choreographer. This has been a great app to have on my phone and a great way for me to share formations with dance captains without them having to buy something. (a total rival for Stage Book and I personally think it’s better) I myself use the premium version and I love it. I would just love to see a way to add levels, like Show choir risers or platforms for a musical!

Ps I can’t seem to figure out how to use a preset in a blocking, so some tutorials would also be nice 😂
