So received an email to by a certificate from them. Bought it , the transaction went through they got their money but they never gave me the certificate. When I went to use it the person on the phone said the transaction didn’t go though and i said you got the money from my bank 2 days ago. She had nothing to say but I would receive my certificate in 3-5 days. There was no manager I was allowed to talk to. They have had my money for 10 days and I just received and email saying I will get the refund I asked for (but I didn’t ask for one) in another 3-5 days. Very frustrating and no customer service at all. Even the doctor’s office tried talking to them and they were like oh well !

ASPIREGaldermaRewards is very clear and had no difficulty finding my way around to get the info I needed!

This crashes at log in every time i try to sign in. It won’t recognize that I’ve typed my password. When I request a new password and click the link in the email to make a new password ASPIREGaldermaRewards crashes again telling me I’ve timed out (within seconds of clicking the email, so that is insane). I like to get points, so Ive switched back to using Botox instead of Dysport solely based on how impossible ASPIREGaldermaRewards is.

I downloaded ASPIREGaldermaRewards . I requested to set a password, and as soon as the email comes I click on the link and I get a message that’s the link has timed out. I mean within seconds I get the link. Then I tried logging in with Apple, and a message pops up that “something went wrong.” Needless to say, after about an hour of either trying to set a password or trying to log in with Apple, I deleted ASPIREGaldermaRewards .

Downloaded ASPIREGaldermaRewards , never had the chance to sign in or create a password. ASPIREGaldermaRewards & website just constantly send you in circles, with the occasional email suggesting that something might have changed. In the end, I cancelled my appointment since ASPIREGaldermaRewards is so terrible. Trash.

ASPIREGaldermaRewards doesn’t work very well. Can’t upload after photos, can’t apply photos to the correct procedure date, very slow loading every page.
